I had Orkin since 2006 and decided, for no reason, to see what another service could provide. They were horrible. Now I'm back. . . .

Orkin provides bi-monthly pest management services. We noticed a problem with ants in the kitchen and called Orkin and the had a tech out to treat infoors and outside the next day.

Very good job started seeing roaches running once the pesticide was applied I think the gentleman name was Brian who was very professional and did a very good job we will definitely have him come out again for a follow up

I am very upset! We are in Florida. I sent a request to you to reschedule our appt to Oct 20. I RECEIVED an email stating it was rescheduled! TODAY I get an email Service was completed today!! WHY? Is there a problem with communication at Orkin? Because of this mistake we did not get an inside service! It needs to be corrected.

We started service today, Randall was our technician, he was very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Great experience hope he will be our technician for future visits.

We’ve had their service a few months ago but cancelled. What a mistake- ants and spiders came rushing back. Called to continue service and they got us right in. Our technician, James, is a very nice man who does a good job!! Highly recommend!

We have tried many different services, but none are as patient, kind and fair as these guys. If we see anything between treatments, they come back out asap, with a smile on their face and for free.

I called two weeks ago cause of spider activity and they have been short handed and couldn’t get her for 2 weeks. I was a little disappointed in that! The kid that came today was very professional and did anything he could to make me happy. He actually lives a half block from me and said he could come anytime if needed!

Randall was just fantastic. He really went above and beyond to help us out. The wasps were really taking over our yard and house but he was able to put a stop to them. We are appreciative of all he did.

I have regular appointments to upkeep my protection against bugs and critters. In the summer, this is mostly bugs and the winter, Orkin has been particularly helpful with mice.
