Kalamazoo- Jeff did a great job on the inspection and explaining how they would treat the issue. Tim and Brenden were also very patient and knowledgeable about answering all my questions. Brenden worked all day, and was very thorough! They did a great job, despite it being frozen outside! They deserve extra kudos.…

Very professional and on time.
Great service! Employees were punctual and did their jobs well.
Technician arrived at expected time. He explained steps in the procedure he would be doing was very professional, but Frieda didn’t personable at the same time. 99% of the work was completed outside but still left work area as tidy as possible. Same for same basement area that was treated. I was very pleased with with everything about the service visit.
Great job- on time, courteous, hard-worker!
