DO NOT USE!! TOTAL FAILURE!!! Orkin "treated" my mother's house for squirrel intrusion to the tune of $12,000. The "treatment' did nothing and now the squirrels are back in the house and Orkin is ignoring our calls. CALL ANYB9DY ELSE!!!

Michelle was wonderful. Quick and efficient just like I prefer. She was extra awesome today, she helped to save my elderly dog's life. She got my attention as he was choking on a treat. She was on the floor with me ready to assist me any way she could. She is a part of the family now and forever.

Disappointed the guys were really nice but I paid for a full treatment and I didn't get it because they said there was asphalt under the house so they couldn't do it so to me I should get a discount Plus under the houses where the problem is so honestly right now I feel like I wasted my money I tried calling nobody would answer so not good

Mason is a fantastic young man. Very polite, easy to speak with and a credit to your organization. Great company to do business with.

Worse experience ever! Home video shows that they threw a few granuals around, look in mouse traps, left sprayer next to truck the entire time thinking we were not home. When called them, they lied said a bald guy answered door, no bald guy lives here. Not reputable at all...waste of money!!! Spent 8 minutes here from time in drive and out.

Good company with knowledgeable and courteous tech service and inside customer service people

I called them on a Saturday and got an appointment on Monday, by Thursday we had traps in the house and we have an appointment for next week for outside treatment. The staff was super nice, they explained the process and the price is fair.
