Great service as always!
Terrible experience First appointment went okay and then they never came out again! No call no show appointments i called them out and wanted a refund and they refused because they are lying to us about a 30 day refund. It’s actually 3 days. Yes 3 days. Sneaky bs management team that won’t supply their techs what…
No bugs!!
Will is an expert with a lot of energy. He crawled into spaces most wouldn't volunteer to go in to set mouse traps. He is friendly and a real go getter. Will is the face of Orkin , in my mind!
Great service! Anthony is the best! Very thorough! I’m totally bug free and never have to worry about bugs or spiders!!
He went over everything with me that he was doing and what he put down and what need to be done to get us on our way to a cleaner place and a happier life 🙂
Zach was prompt and courteous. I enjoy the prompt service: The window was 2-4; he arrived at 2:30. Great!

Thay always do a exlant job. Thank you.
Exceptional service, from first call (to set up the appointment) to completion of the service call. Noe, the person answering the phone on the main phone line was kind, sympathetic to the pest issues I was experiencing, and super knowledgeable about insect life cycle and why I was seeing the pests in certain areas.…
Matt is our Service Engineer. He is absolutely brilliant, we love him. He knows our property inside, and out. So He knows what to check for and where. It couldn't be simpler with him. Excellent service every time from a lovely human being.
Fernando with Orkin is amazing! He does a fabulous job.
They can only do the outside for now .
We really like the Orkin service person that comes to our home. Our Technician is wonderful. I would recommend him to everyone.

Great job technician was very knowledgeable
I love not having scary bugs and spiders. Jeff is the best! 😃
Javier has been conscientious, polite, helpful and always on time. I've worked with Orkin for years and am always impressed with their service and technicians.
I am so glad we hired Orkin to help us with our insect problem. We had ants seasonally ever since we moved in 3+ years ago and finally decided that the store bought traps were not doing the trick. Since they started we have not seen a single ant and I can feel confident that our home is protected. We also had a lot…
Our regular technician Jared is always the best and very helpful with anything new that arises between our quarterly services. I've used Orkin Pest Control for 15 years and highly recommend them.
Anthony is prompt, knowledgeable, friendly! Thx Anthony/Orkin for providing us with great service!
Technicians are knowledgeable, friendly and professional.
Great service! Our tech, Fernando, is friendly, and takes time to answer any of our questions. We have not seen a bug in our house since we started using the service!
We have had a few visits by Orkin now and so far they have been on time on the day they said and have been very professional in doing their work. I haven't seen any pests or insects in our home so their treatments have been working. We are moving to a new home in a new city in a few months and will transfer the…
Bog and Jason showed up promptly. Bog explained the contract before I signed it and answered all of my questions. They worked swiftly and efficiently explaining each step of the process along the way. They were in and out, prompt and clean and courteous. Go Orkin!
Professional & on time. Totally satisfied.
William is professional and friendly.
Use this service consistently and we don’t see any critters around.
Jaimie was awesome?
We’ve had Orkin service for about 18 months now and it’s great! They communicate well, show up on time, and we’ve had zero issues. They’ve come out last minute to spray a wasp nest, replace mouse traps, and take care of some pesky ants. Excellent company!
Austin and his partner with Orkin came out for their first initial service, and they were fantastic. Compared to our previous provider who raced through their service, Austin took the necessary time to address the issues we had, made sure they sprayed everywhere, and left us with some extra spider traps just in case.
My Orkin guy is always professional and persoable.
Anthony was so helpful with a treatment today. Thank you!
Awesome job! Orkin got rid of ants on the first visit. Way better than wasting $ paying for my lawn company to also spray for bugs.
Fast service. Good job
always great
Great job! Discussed the pest issues, diagnosed them, and got right to work!
Jarrod did an excellent job for Orkin. He was thorough, competent, and friendly.
I’ve never had a need before for professional bug removal but, this summer a family of ants found there way in & I called Orkin to assist. The technician took time with me to explain the process prior to spraying & then because I was a bit concerned agreed to stop back by in a week and check on how the treatment was…
Very nice courteous person. Answered all my questions
Jaden was on time, very professional, and friendly. Answered all my questions and worked very efficiently. Appreciate the service. Hopefully the issue is resolved.
Excellent service, tech was very knowledgeable and professional. Thanks!
Nowadays it’s difficult to receive exceptional service in the Denver Metro, Orkin Manager Matthew Saunders clearly bucks that trend….. He was professional, informative and meticulous. Greatly appreciated!
Thorough, friendly and respectful of home/kids/pets.
Very professional and friendly! He was also quick while being thorough
Very knowledgeable and a great help
Bill is always responsive and helpful in the service, glad we have him as our tech
Orkin was very responsive and able address the problem in a very professional manner.
Orkin has always arrived on time, even when the weather was hailing.
Very efficient serviceman, Jarod, and has done a super job keeping my condo bug free. Great service if you need to reschedule also.
They had to return because many spiders remained after first treatment This time the ant piles weren’t removed
The elimination of ants and spiders is not a problem at this time
Serviceman was very thorough and helpful. Best we’ve had!
No one picks up the phone even after 45 minutes on the call, customer service employees don’t listen to the client what they have to say. Did not go upstairs to do the job
William was very professional and knowledgeable
Austin was on time, professional, and thorough. He walked me through step by step what the plan was. I would highly recommend using Orkin. They delivered on everything that was promised and were professional each step of the way. Thank you Austin!
Person showed up on time and did treatment inside and out. Tony was very courteous and covered all areas that needed treatment.
Quick and professional, everything was explained in detail!
Bill was Awesome!! He is very professional, kind, knowledgeable and explained the program and his work in detail. You can’t go wrong if he comes to help. The service staff from my initial phone call was also professional, knowledgeable, funny and empathetic to my situation. I will share my wonderful experience…
Brett has been simply amazing. I really appreciate him and he's so kind and easy to deal with. I'm pretty introverted and he will never come inside unless there's an issue and he somehow manages to close the garage on his own everytime! Magic!
Matt is the LITERAL BEST - we’ve been with him since we moved back from San Francisco in 2015 and he’s thorough, thoughtful, always has a smile and one of our favorite visitors at the house even if it’s only once a month (or more when the wasps take over in the summer). Results are outstanding as is the work Matt and Orkin do for our family!
They’re great! Always prompt and knowledgeable. Excellent communication and use of technology to keep me updated.
The employees that come to spray my house are always professional and courteous. I usually have Will at my house and he is very friendly and pleasant.
Still the best customer service out there. Chill is such a genuine person and Treats us like family. Best of the rest!! Highly recommended
Bill always does a great job...he's very professional.
Britt is professional, thorough and always has useful tips and advice for us!
The job by Anthony was well done.
I don’t usually write reviews, but Jared from Orkin in East Denver is the most pleasant service provider I have interacted with in recent memory. He is thorough, thoughtful, and friendly. Thanks, Jared!
Great service, practices social distancing love this company. The only negative we have is that my wife runs a home day care and when the technician came in to do his service he did not wear any type of shoe covering. Thank you for your service have eliminated Our ant problem completely and will continue to have Orkin service our property.
Jeremy was very friendly, patient and informative. I ask a lot of annoying questions and he was more than happy to answer them and put my mind at ease. I had a really good experience and felt like I was in good hands. I'm going to try and request him to be the only that comes out in the future!
Anthony is always quick, pleasant and efficient. He does good work and so far the ants are gone!!
Good friendly service.
Will was completly thorough in his servicing of our property. He showed that he genuinely cared about protecting us against pests. Thank you Will.

Ephrem from Orkin came within an hour and half of our call. Honestly one of the nicest human beings I have had the pleasure of meeting in quite a while. He sprayed the house and made me laugh in process. He stepped outside to spray the outside of my home and then shoveled my enormous driveway before he left. This is…
Ephraim came out and did a wonderful job as usual! He’s very thorough in his work and very professional and polite.
They did a thorough job inside the house and outside.
Ephraim is awesome. So helpful.
Anthony Lafontaine is absolutely amazing. Professional and courteous!!! Exemplary employee.!!!
He was very professional and explained what he was doing thoroughly.
Britt had to deal with ants all summer but he did a great job and we are finally ant free.
This was a preventative spraying outside the home.
Jeff is Awesome!!
Overall, Orkin has been super easy to work with. They keep their commitments and our pest issues have been zilch since they started servicing our home. It’s nice working with a business that takes all the stress of vendor coordinating and management out of the equation. They’re a bit pricey, but I think it’s been worth it for our family.
The technician never talks to us and spends no time inside the house. We are used to better service from Orkin and are very disappointed in the technician that has replaced Matt. We are not getting the service that we are paying for. Looking to change providers.
Our technician is so kind and always catches up with us before getting into business. We’ve been working with him for about a year and see him multiple times a year. He helps keeps the bugs away from inside which is great, I will continue to use these services and hope my technician keeps coming back! 😊
Rep was professional, knowledgeable and diligent. Always good to go with a reputable company with a long history.
Matt always shows up on time. Super nice and knowledgeable!
The Orkin reps were friendly and responsible. Great work was done.

As usual, Bill mueller was within time frame quoted. Very professional, very pleasant. We haven’t seen an ant in the house since we started with Orkin Bill is very thorough in covering all areas of the house. Fantastic job!
Did an excellent job. Very nice man who helped us
Agent was knowledgable and communicated what he was going to do. This was the first visit of many more...First application to treat spiders and ants.
Excellent service and treatment! Bill was thorough and polite. 2nd house with the same great experience. Thank you!
The individual who services our house is consistently within the window of arrival, professional, explains what’s going on and arrives/leaves without disturbance. He makes the process smooth.
Alex was great! He took care of everything and informed me of exactly what was to be expected. I called to schedule a service last night and they scheduled me for first thing in the morning!!! I am so appreciative of the people and service so far! Even Chrishawn, hopefully I spelled that right, the nice lady who…
Our service technician, Bill is all about quality. We really appreciate that we can just trust him and our dog likes him too.
Very responsive and professional. Told us exactly what they would do and we’re hopeful it fixes our ant problem.

Keith is awesome and has been providing us with great service for years. He is knowledgable, friendly and very respectful - the best we have ever encountered.
Jarrod is wonderful. He always comes when we need him. He's very reassuring and always addresses our concerns.
Efrain left our house and I literally wanted to spend the holidays with him. What a sweet man. We moved into our new home yesterday, and before he left he offered to help my husband move a TV. I had to disclose my cancer and with that he told me he would pray for me. He was early to our appointment and helped us get a better deal.
Very nice technician. Explained plan thoroughly
Well I watched the video of what they do and the tech did about half of that he did a small inspection but not what is in the video he treated some areas the service was for a fly issue and ants in not saying the tech was bad but I think there could have been more done like he only went half way in the crawl space…
Great experience and professional
Our Orkin specialist is amazing and so wonderful. He respects our space and time and is very efficient. There have been an extreme me change and for the better, especially with all the heat. he’s done an amazing job and is so friendly!
Once again, I had to tell the gentleman what I wanted and, most importantly, why. He then proceeded to do exactly what I asked him not to. I stopped him and asked what he was doing. He told me, and I stopped him and restated what I had said before. He was gone less than 20 minutes later.
Contacted me previous to visit, arrived timely and very professional.
Great people. Knowledgeable and courteous. Professional and know their stuff. I had a previous service but did not take care of the problem, so I called Orkin and they did the job.
Awesome maintenance and service. Really appreciate the professional and caring experience. I would highly recommend this group. Becoming part of the family while caring for our family.
The rep, Jamie, who set us up was amazing and dealt well with me and my bad phone coverage. Matthew Crespin was awesome. Friendly, informative, and thorough. He was just here yesterday afternoon and we already trapped a couple mice! Huge bonus for being safe around my kiddo and dog.
I was pleased with the service. They were on time. They explained everything to me and made sure to use product that won't hurt kid's / pet's.
Britt does a great job
Fantastic service with the technician Chris. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He took time to understand our specific needs and come up with a treatment plan to address our ant problem along with several other pest concerns. Very impressed considering poor experiences with other pest control services.
