They were able to come early. Cleaned up the ants, sprayed all outside doors, and left ant traps. Great job. Very well done and polite.

Terrible experience First appointment went okay and then they never came out again! No call no show appointments i called them out and wanted a refund and they refused because they are lying to us about a 30 day refund. It’s actually 3 days. Yes 3 days. Sneaky bs management team that won’t supply their techs what…

Orkin has been great. Sly is the best tech! He takes care of all needs and concerns. They actually care about getting your problems resolved and continue until fully resolved. He is always reliable and on time. Changing schedule or service needs is easy.
Very professional and thorough. And I have always got good results.
Great customer service
Exceptional service, from first call (to set up the appointment) to completion of the service call. Noe, the person answering the phone on the main phone line was kind, sympathetic to the pest issues I was experiencing, and super knowledgeable about insect life cycle and why I was seeing the pests in certain areas.…
Matt is our Service Engineer. He is absolutely brilliant, we love him. He knows our property inside, and out. So He knows what to check for and where. It couldn't be simpler with him. Excellent service every time from a lovely human being.

Our regular technician Jared is always the best and very helpful with anything new that arises between our quarterly services. I've used Orkin Pest Control for 15 years and highly recommend them.
Anthony is prompt, knowledgeable, friendly! Thx Anthony/Orkin for providing us with great service!
We have had a few visits by Orkin now and so far they have been on time on the day they said and have been very professional in doing their work. I haven't seen any pests or insects in our home so their treatments have been working. We are moving to a new home in a new city in a few months and will transfer the…
Bog and Jason showed up promptly. Bog explained the contract before I signed it and answered all of my questions. They worked swiftly and efficiently explaining each step of the process along the way. They were in and out, prompt and clean and courteous. Go Orkin!
Always great and professional! They are always on time and friendly. Love being spider-free!

Professional & on time. Totally satisfied.
We've been Orkin customers for many, many years... unsurpassed service and speedy attention to any concerns we may have. We highly recommend Orkin!
My experience has been reliable, thorough, and gets results!
The one thing I didn’t like about this Sevice person, which wasn’t out regularly person he didn’t put shoe coverings over his dirty shoes and when I looked up he was spraying under the kitchen sink in the cabinet without looking to see that I had items there, which I did (cleaning things, sponges, etc). Now it was…
We’ve had Orkin service for about 18 months now and it’s great! They communicate well, show up on time, and we’ve had zero issues. They’ve come out last minute to spray a wasp nest, replace mouse traps, and take care of some pesky ants. Excellent company!
Austin and his partner with Orkin came out for their first initial service, and they were fantastic. Compared to our previous provider who raced through their service, Austin took the necessary time to address the issues we had, made sure they sprayed everywhere, and left us with some extra spider traps just in case.
Blake was on time, very professional and knowledgeable about my current pest issues which were spiders (absolutely terrified) and mice. He was awesome about walking me through the process, the billing and the follow up that would occur. He made me feel very confident that my pest issues would be a thing of the past…
Wonderful service!
Will is very efficient and professional.
Will was very knowledgeable and professional. I feel confident that the steps he took to get rid of the mice will work.
The people are great. I just don’t see results. Spiders all over the place and we have had the service for 4 months.
This time the Orkin man did not close the garage or shut the gate. Why not? This is very important. It can't happen again.
Awesome job! Orkin got rid of ants on the first visit. Way better than wasting $ paying for my lawn company to also spray for bugs.
Friendly and efficient
Love this business. Always on time or early. He will always Let me know when he is in my area so I'm not waiting around.
So nice and professional! So happy I decided to use Orkin for my pest control service
Rep was great, however didn’t know what bugs we had. Been over a month and no one is sure
Great folks, always on time and set great expectations!
Great service, explained what they were doing, what was the approach of the service inside the house and outside the house. Definitely will keep using Orkin and will recommend their services.
Friendly provider but missed 2 wasp nests, rat droppings and 2 possible entry points into the house. I found a different company offering a broader standard service at half the price.
Bill took the time to understand our big situation and did a thorough job!
Very professional and friendly! He was also quick while being thorough
This is my first time using your company so I can’t comment on the product. Your employee was very professional. The only thing I would suggest is to notify the customer when the job has been completed in case there are questions about the work.
Bill is so nice to work with and I no longer have infestations of things invading my home. I don't have a ton of money, but I consider it a good investment since pests can cause a lot of damage.
Bill is always responsive and helpful in the service, glad we have him as our tech
The elimination of ants and spiders is not a problem at this time
A great service to keep spiders out of your home! We’re very happy with the results and plan to stick with Orkin!
Bill was Awesome!! He is very professional, kind, knowledgeable and explained the program and his work in detail. You can’t go wrong if he comes to help. The service staff from my initial phone call was also professional, knowledgeable, funny and empathetic to my situation. I will share my wonderful experience…
Orkin keeps us very pest free
Brett has been simply amazing. I really appreciate him and he's so kind and easy to deal with. I'm pretty introverted and he will never come inside unless there's an issue and he somehow manages to close the garage on his own everytime! Magic!
Jarod is the best
They’re great! Always prompt and knowledgeable. Excellent communication and use of technology to keep me updated.
Technician is a real professional. Friendly and thorough
William Thole is great. On time, friendly and thorough!
