Like always having the same technician. Sly is always very pleasant and efficient!

Terrible experience First appointment went okay and then they never came out again! No call no show appointments i called them out and wanted a refund and they refused because they are lying to us about a 30 day refund. It’s actually 3 days. Yes 3 days. Sneaky bs management team that won’t supply their techs what…

No bugs!!

Will is an expert with a lot of energy. He crawled into spaces most wouldn't volunteer to go in to set mouse traps. He is friendly and a real go getter. Will is the face of Orkin , in my mind!

Great service! Anthony is the best! Very thorough! I’m totally bug free and never have to worry about bugs or spiders!!

I’ve always had a great experience with Orkin. Their workers are always professional and on time and very responsive. I would highly recommend them.

⭐ 1 Star – Beyond Disappointed and Deeply Frustrated I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience with Orkin has been unacceptable from start to finish. For months, I’ve tried to work with them to handle a recurring mouse issue, but communication is almost nonexistent. No one ever calls to confirm…

Jared has been our technician for a couple years now and has been wonderful. He is accommodating, friendly and thorough with his work. He’s even kind enough to reach out to me so he doesn’t interfere with my child’s nap time. I would suggest this company and request Jared!

They have been coming to my house on a regular basis and have been able to keep inspect populations in garage, basement, and main floors contained. My consultants have always been responsive to take care of any additional needs like occasional wasp nests. Thank you.

Zach was prompt and courteous. I enjoy the prompt service: The window was 2-4; he arrived at 2:30. Great!

Excellent service as always.

Love working with Orkin. My Service Technician Robert is so kind and informative. He also keeps me from having to scream, run, or stomp on things! Thank you.

Have had nothing but issues since coming back to Orkin. The rep was very kind but him or the second rep did not treat our home properly. I have found venomous spiders and asked at original appt and at follow up appt to have them put sticky traps throughout the basement and they put TWO in the entire basement: I am…

Exceptional service, from first call (to set up the appointment) to completion of the service call. Noe, the person answering the phone on the main phone line was kind, sympathetic to the pest issues I was experiencing, and super knowledgeable about insect life cycle and why I was seeing the pests in certain areas.…
