Javier is our normal guy but we had a great experience with everyone at Orkin. Quick and to the point.
Joe was incredibly brave and through in ridding us of a ground nest of Yellowjackets. Plus, he's coming back tomorrow to make sure they're gone.
My technician, Joe Apodaca was great. He was personable. He explained what he was doing, and hopefully he will be my permanent person to come back to my home.
The technicians who came to my home were professional and thorough. Very pleased with the service I received.
Will is knowledgeable, trustworthy and personable. I would highly recommend Orkin to anyone.
Quick Efficient friendly
Great great great. The gentleman it’s always professional kind and amazing.
Good service
Have used Orkin for approximately 10 years. Service seems adequate, but the cost is much higher compared to other providers and I can’t find any benefit to paying more for such a basic service. Just had yet another rate increase, so I will be looking at other providers.
Great professional service !
On time does whatever it takes for Britt to perform his responsibility yes
Terrible experience First appointment went okay and then they never came out again! No call no show appointments i called them out and wanted a refund and they refused because they are lying to us about a 30 day refund. It’s actually 3 days. Yes 3 days. Sneaky bs management team that won’t supply their techs what…
No bugs!!
Will is an expert with a lot of energy. He crawled into spaces most wouldn't volunteer to go in to set mouse traps. He is friendly and a real go getter. Will is the face of Orkin , in my mind!
Great service! Anthony is the best! Very thorough! I’m totally bug free and never have to worry about bugs or spiders!!
The people coming to the house were very professional. The office could not get a schedule right . Everyone i told me a different thing, scheduling became i.possable because they would m ake an appointment then the next time they would just show up on s different day with no warning saying they couldn't make appointments.
I’ve always had a great experience with Orkin. Their workers are always professional and on time and very responsive. I would highly recommend them.
Lindsay was awesome and very thorough! Great experience!
