Javier is our normal guy but we had a great experience with everyone at Orkin. Quick and to the point.
Joe was incredibly brave and through in ridding us of a ground nest of Yellowjackets. Plus, he's coming back tomorrow to make sure they're gone.
My technician, Joe Apodaca was great. He was personable. He explained what he was doing, and hopefully he will be my permanent person to come back to my home.

Have used Orkin for approximately 10 years. Service seems adequate, but the cost is much higher compared to other providers and I can’t find any benefit to paying more for such a basic service. Just had yet another rate increase, so I will be looking at other providers.

Will is an expert with a lot of energy. He crawled into spaces most wouldn't volunteer to go in to set mouse traps. He is friendly and a real go getter. Will is the face of Orkin , in my mind!

The people coming to the house were very professional. The office could not get a schedule right . Everyone i told me a different thing, scheduling became i.possable because they would m ake an appointment then the next time they would just show up on s different day with no warning saying they couldn't make appointments.

We’ve had Orkin service for about 18 months now and it’s great! They communicate well, show up on time, and we’ve had zero issues. They’ve come out last minute to spray a wasp nest, replace mouse traps, and take care of some pesky ants. Excellent company!

Your technician William contacted me by phone letting me know he was 15min away. Upon arriving at my house he located a hugh wasp nest buried in the Ivy out front. He proceeded to eradicate the entire nest! (Without getting stung!!) He was extremely professional as well as courteous. William stated he would return next week to ensure there were no issues!
