We’ve had Orkin service for about 18 months now and it’s great! They communicate well, show up on time, and we’ve had zero issues. They’ve come out last minute to spray a wasp nest, replace mouse traps, and take care of some pesky ants. Excellent company!
Austin and his partner with Orkin came out for their first initial service, and they were fantastic. Compared to our previous provider who raced through their service, Austin took the necessary time to address the issues we had, made sure they sprayed everywhere, and left us with some extra spider traps just in case.

Matt is the LITERAL BEST - we’ve been with him since we moved back from San Francisco in 2015 and he’s thorough, thoughtful, always has a smile and one of our favorite visitors at the house even if it’s only once a month (or more when the wasps take over in the summer). Great service, practices social distancing love this company. The only negative we have is that my wife runs a home day care and when the technician came in to do his service he did not wear any type of shoe covering. Overall, Orkin has been super easy to work with. They keep their commitments and our pest issues have been zilch since they started servicing our home. It’s nice working with a business that takes all the stress of vendor coordinating and management out of the equation. They’re a bit pricey, but I think it’s been worth it for our family.
The technician never talks to us and spends no time inside the house. We are used to better service from Orkin and are very disappointed in the technician that has replaced Matt. We are not getting the service that we are paying for. Looking to change providers.

Once again, I had to tell the gentleman what I wanted and, most importantly, why. He then proceeded to do exactly what I asked him not to. I stopped him and asked what he was doing. He told me, and I stopped him and restated what I had said before. He was gone less than 20 minutes later.
