Love our Orkin professional. Really nice guy and does a great job. Love that he always let's us know when he's on his way and when he arrives so we can put the dogs in the Bedroom. Everyone is always professional and friendly. And the other great part, no bugs or mice.
Very good explain all that he going to do and very professional
The Orkin representative, Autumn, called me ahead of time, and showed up with a smile and great attitude. She was very knowledgeable and kind, and went right to work with the first treatment. This process has been obviously refined over the years, and can be done in three separate treatments, versus many months, as…
Javier is our normal guy but we had a great experience with everyone at Orkin. Quick and to the point.
My Orkin maintenance has been done by Autumn for quite some time now. She is amazing, thorough and very pleasant to have in my home. Will 100% recommend to anyone.
Autumn was great! Very knowledgeable & thorough.
Came to give a estimate explain in detail what the process will be.

Bill is the nicest, professional tech. He always ask if we have noticed any bugs spiders etc. and then very thoroughly does his job. We will continue to use Orkin.
Great professional service !
The Orkin technician that showed up today at my home was outstanding and very knowledgeable about his job and duties, also he made my home safe and the CSR that I had the opportunity to speak to over the phone was Phenomenal and very knowledgeable and helpful as well. They are amazing people and very caring about…
Orkin provides excellent communication and follows through on updates and arrival times. Our technician Will is very professional and personable. He is also thorough with his inspection and report. Top notch service from Will.

Fernando always does a great job and talks me through next best steps. I’ve used them for going on 2 years, so it is nice to have that relationship as well.
I terribly afraid of mice. Hope Orkin can get as much control as they can
Terrible experience First appointment went okay and then they never came out again! No call no show appointments i called them out and wanted a refund and they refused because they are lying to us about a 30 day refund. It’s actually 3 days. Yes 3 days. Sneaky bs management team that won’t supply their techs what…
No bugs!!
Will is an expert with a lot of energy. He crawled into spaces most wouldn't volunteer to go in to set mouse traps. He is friendly and a real go getter. Will is the face of Orkin , in my mind!
Awesome! Matthew is very thorough and consistent with the service he has given me for the past 5yrs

The people coming to the house were very professional. The office could not get a schedule right . Everyone i told me a different thing, scheduling became i.possable because they would m ake an appointment then the next time they would just show up on s different day with no warning saying they couldn't make appointments.
Excellent service and ready to help always
⭐ 1 Star – Beyond Disappointed and Deeply Frustrated I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience with Orkin has been unacceptable from start to finish. For months, I’ve tried to work with them to handle a recurring mouse issue, but communication is almost nonexistent. No one ever calls to confirm…
He went over everything with me that he was doing and what he put down and what need to be done to get us on our way to a cleaner place and a happier life 🙂
Will was great! Very informative and thorough and came as scheduled. This was a new home initial inspection and treatment so cost more than future scheduled treatments will cost.
Lindsay was awesome and very thorough! Great experience!
They have been coming to my house on a regular basis and have been able to keep inspect populations in garage, basement, and main floors contained. My consultants have always been responsive to take care of any additional needs like occasional wasp nests. Thank you.
Outstanding service!! Bill Mueller is the best - SO thorough!!
