Mr. Sanchez always does a great job and is very efficient and respectful. Highly recommend Orkin for pest-y issues!
Jared knows us and our routine needed due to us having dogs. Efficient, nice and does an excellent job! We would like to keep him as our “bug guy”!!!
Like always having the same technician. Sly is always very pleasant and efficient!
Terrible experience First appointment went okay and then they never came out again! No call no show appointments i called them out and wanted a refund and they refused because they are lying to us about a 30 day refund. It’s actually 3 days. Yes 3 days. Sneaky bs management team that won’t supply their techs what…
No bugs!!
Will is an expert with a lot of energy. He crawled into spaces most wouldn't volunteer to go in to set mouse traps. He is friendly and a real go getter. Will is the face of Orkin , in my mind!
Great service! Anthony is the best! Very thorough! I’m totally bug free and never have to worry about bugs or spiders!!
I’ve always had a great experience with Orkin. Their workers are always professional and on time and very responsive. I would highly recommend them.
⭐ 1 Star – Beyond Disappointed and Deeply Frustrated I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience with Orkin has been unacceptable from start to finish. For months, I’ve tried to work with them to handle a recurring mouse issue, but communication is almost nonexistent. No one ever calls to confirm…
Jared has been our technician for a couple years now and has been wonderful. He is accommodating, friendly and thorough with his work. He’s even kind enough to reach out to me so he doesn’t interfere with my child’s nap time. I would suggest this company and request Jared!
They have been coming to my house on a regular basis and have been able to keep inspect populations in garage, basement, and main floors contained. My consultants have always been responsive to take care of any additional needs like occasional wasp nests. Thank you.
Zach was prompt and courteous. I enjoy the prompt service: The window was 2-4; he arrived at 2:30. Great!
Excellent service as always.
Anthony, our technician, is always great. He goes above and beyond to service our property. He is respectful, prompt, trustworthy, and kind.

Orkin has been great. Sly is the best tech! He takes care of all needs and concerns. They actually care about getting your problems resolved and continue until fully resolved. He is always reliable and on time. Changing schedule or service needs is easy.
Very thorough. Lindsay was friendly and professional. He addressed my issues.
Great service. No more bug problems for years
Great service!!
Anthony at Orkin is the best!!! He really cares and makes sure my house is protected. I am so thankful for his service.
Love working with Orkin. My Service Technician Robert is so kind and informative. He also keeps me from having to scream, run, or stomp on things! Thank you.
Have had nothing but issues since coming back to Orkin. The rep was very kind but him or the second rep did not treat our home properly. I have found venomous spiders and asked at original appt and at follow up appt to have them put sticky traps throughout the basement and they put TWO in the entire basement: I am…
Exceptional service, from first call (to set up the appointment) to completion of the service call. Noe, the person answering the phone on the main phone line was kind, sympathetic to the pest issues I was experiencing, and super knowledgeable about insect life cycle and why I was seeing the pests in certain areas.…
Friendly through services
Great job, the tech was great! Call them!
Love how quick and easy it was to get an appointment. The service rep was professional and detailed. This is my second time using Orkin and both times the quality of service remains the same. In addition the techs are friendly and have always been polite.
Matt is our Service Engineer. He is absolutely brilliant, we love him. He knows our property inside, and out. So He knows what to check for and where. It couldn't be simpler with him. Excellent service every time from a lovely human being.
Lindsay was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and mannerable. He really knows his stuff and made some addl suggestions on minimizing issues. One of the best techs I’ve experienced.
We are so happy to have Anthony as our technician. He is thorough, professional, and takes great care to ensure we are aware of any issues he finds. And, he is just a nice guy overall. We couldn’t be happier with the service we receive from Anthony.
Bill from Orkin came today, a professional gentleman that does a good job. We highly recommend Orkin and Bill represented the company very well.
4 yrs. Same tech (Slyvester). Zero bugs or rodents inside. Couple times ants and wasps outside and taken care of.
Fernando with Orkin is amazing! He does a fabulous job.
We really like the Orkin service person that comes to our home. Our Technician is wonderful. I would recommend him to everyone.
Zach the technician is both a quality individual and very professional! There was great communication and a great work ethic and he is very knowledgeable about the business, which put me at ease. Zach patiently answered every single question I had!

Jared at Orkin is the best! So responsive and kind! Highly recommend.
Attention to detail, always checks in with us
Javier has been conscientious, polite, helpful and always on time. I've worked with Orkin for years and am always impressed with their service and technicians.
I am so glad we hired Orkin to help us with our insect problem. We had ants seasonally ever since we moved in 3+ years ago and finally decided that the store bought traps were not doing the trick. Since they started we have not seen a single ant and I can feel confident that our home is protected. We also had a lot…
Our regular technician Jared is always the best and very helpful with anything new that arises between our quarterly services. I've used Orkin Pest Control for 15 years and highly recommend them.
Always on time, gets through the whole house and yard without disrupting anything…. Good guy!
Anthony is prompt, knowledgeable, friendly! Thx Anthony/Orkin for providing us with great service!
Been using Orkin’s services for the last 10 years and have been very pleased.
We have had a few visits by Orkin now and so far they have been on time on the day they said and have been very professional in doing their work. I haven't seen any pests or insects in our home so their treatments have been working. We are moving to a new home in a new city in a few months and will transfer the…
Bog and Jason showed up promptly. Bog explained the contract before I signed it and answered all of my questions. They worked swiftly and efficiently explaining each step of the process along the way. They were in and out, prompt and clean and courteous. Go Orkin!
Always great and professional! They are always on time and friendly. Love being spider-free!
The technician was friendly, prompt and efficient. Addressed my needs and was very polite.
Professional & on time. Totally satisfied.
William is professional and friendly.
Late for appointment. 15 minutes work and gone. Did not change mouse traps for six months. Every time new tech come over, even every time the promised keep the same guy.
Bob was professional and helpful. He checked for potential problems with the house and the outer perimeter. He sprayed as a preventative measure.
My experience has been reliable, thorough, and gets results!
Always on time. Very friendly and thorough. However this last visit was not that great. The spider traps were not changed and on of the traps had a dead mouse stuck in it.
Bill is wonderful and does a great job!
I really love Robert and would like him to return
We’ve had Orkin service for about 18 months now and it’s great! They communicate well, show up on time, and we’ve had zero issues. They’ve come out last minute to spray a wasp nest, replace mouse traps, and take care of some pesky ants. Excellent company!
Austin and his partner with Orkin came out for their first initial service, and they were fantastic. Compared to our previous provider who raced through their service, Austin took the necessary time to address the issues we had, made sure they sprayed everywhere, and left us with some extra spider traps just in case.
Blake was on time, very professional and knowledgeable about my current pest issues which were spiders (absolutely terrified) and mice. He was awesome about walking me through the process, the billing and the follow up that would occur. He made me feel very confident that my pest issues would be a thing of the past…
Orkin has been a great provider as we've gone through a number of issues with birds in the attic and hornets and all that kind of thing. I would recommend them to anyone.
Wonderful service!
They took the time to explain exactly what they were doing and why. Very friendly and professional and answered all my questions and were clear on expectations. Thank you guys!
Friendly, professional, on time, thorough.
My Orkin guy is always professional and persoable.
Very knowledgeable and so nice.
Will is very efficient and professional.
Will was very knowledgeable and professional. I feel confident that the steps he took to get rid of the mice will work.
The people are great. I just don’t see results. Spiders all over the place and we have had the service for 4 months.
Anthony was so helpful with a treatment today. Thank you!
Great advice on spiders outside
Friendly and efficient
Love this business. Always on time or early. He will always Let me know when he is in my area so I'm not waiting around.
Very thorough and friendly. Updated me on findings since last visit. Have been an Orkin client since the 80’s. Very happy
Easy to set up, thorough service. I have been getting both Pest Control and Mosquito Control services for over a year. Orkin does a great job of keeping me informed and also does a great job on the work
Super informative and helped us deal with our issue without price gouging us like a up and comer was trying to do! Thanks Orkin for being a company with integrity.
He’s on time, very professional, very respectful of our time and home!if there’s a problem there right on it! If you want it done right call Orkin!
Irking has been very reliable and responsive in meeting our pest control needs. They provide routine applications but are also quick to provide additional services when needed.
Anthony is very thoughtful and knowledgeable about what rodents are in season and what to look for after each visit.
always great
Zach was great. Friendly. Professional. Thorough and answered all of my questions well. I have used Orkin’s annual service in the past and have always been very impressed.
he was late, but when he got here he did a great job
Communicated with us every step of the way, too many companies are doing away with customer service. We will definitely continue to use Orkin!
Friendly provider but missed 2 wasp nests, rat droppings and 2 possible entry points into the house. I found a different company offering a broader standard service at half the price.
I’ve never had a need before for professional bug removal but, this summer a family of ants found there way in & I called Orkin to assist. The technician took time with me to explain the process prior to spraying & then because I was a bit concerned agreed to stop back by in a week and check on how the treatment was…
This place sucks! I wouldn’t use this company. I have video proof that the ORkin person did not check under my siding like he said. He didn’t spray the front of house. Last time they sprayed while raining. They don’t know what they are doing.
Prompt, on time and knowledgeable.
Thorough, friendly and respectful of home/kids/pets.
Very professional and friendly! He was also quick while being thorough
The Orkin Technician was polite and professional. He was on time.
These guys are amazing! We have never seen a bug in the house!
Bill is always responsive and helpful in the service, glad we have him as our tech

Service provider was excellent. Provided very clear explanations of what he would do and carried plan efficiently. Scheduled follow-ups. Was friendly and polite and listened well to my needs and concerns. I give him high marks on all service aspects.
Great job inspecting and spraying for spiders and other pests at our new home. Very professional and on-time. Thank you Orkin!
Terrible experience. After 7 years it may be time to cancel their services.
Excellent work
Quality work, good summary of work needed if any and positive feedback if everything is A Ok! Thanks
Did an excellent job eliminating mice.
Good people. Got rid of rodents in my house.
We use them for general pest control. Anthony is always on time and is always friendly and helpful.
Person showed up on time and did treatment inside and out. Tony was very courteous and covered all areas that needed treatment.
Knowledgeable, thorough, polite, friendly!
Good
Orkin keeps us very pest free
Brett has been simply amazing. I really appreciate him and he's so kind and easy to deal with. I'm pretty introverted and he will never come inside unless there's an issue and he somehow manages to close the garage on his own everytime! Magic!
Britt is the greatest technician, he has been our tech for years. Will be moving soon, hope will we have a new tech so personable and kind.
Jarod is the best
The exterminators that show up are great, but Orkin is just awful. There is no way to cancel services on their website, and when I called to cancel, they told me I had to give them 30 DAYS notice so they could keep charging me anyway even though it's been 3 months since my last service call. I told them I'm not…
Thank you for your prompt assistance. We have been using Orkin for over 10 years they are very efficient and helpful.
Very efficient and thorough on each visit.
Matt is the LITERAL BEST - we’ve been with him since we moved back from San Francisco in 2015 and he’s thorough, thoughtful, always has a smile and one of our favorite visitors at the house even if it’s only once a month (or more when the wasps take over in the summer). Results are outstanding as is the work Matt and Orkin do for our family!
Excellent service tech. Always on time, courteous, and willing to share tips to keep pets away. Highly recommended.
They’re great! Always prompt and knowledgeable. Excellent communication and use of technology to keep me updated.
Technician is a real professional. Friendly and thorough
We had an an infestation a couple years ago and we’re so pleased with their service we have used them since. Now instead of many spiders a day, we rarely see them, and no earwigs in the house! That’s the best for me! The techs are thorough and professional.
Very prompt and informational. Explains the reasoning behind every move. For those of us that don't "speak" bug, Thank you for the assistance on removing pesky bugs / spiders!
Always professional, respectful and kind.
Very professional and detailed. I would recommend.
Thorough and polite.
Anthony is fabulous! Prompt, friendly, very efficient, and never misses a spot. My mom says Orkin gives her piece of mind. We have them come every other month, but they’re always very responsive in between those times if there’s any unanticipated problem.
We usually use Orkin when the weather gets cold or if there's new construction in our area to protect our home from rodents. Orkin shows up on time, they do a good job and they use professionalism.
Very professional, great communication, and reasonable pricing. We feel safer having our kiddo playing around the house and in the yard without worry of spiders or other pests.
Still the best customer service out there. Chill is such a genuine person and Treats us like family. Best of the rest!! Highly recommended
Very professional and pleasant
Good service.
Bill always does a great job...he's very professional.
We have had Havier for my years now. Always very professional and gets the job done well. Got cranky one time someone else was sent.
Amazing!! Every appointment we have with Orkin our professional Fernando shows up ready to tackle the job. He always listens to my concerns and addresses them with confidence. Best service in town.
Very professional and personable young man. Took the time to explain what he was doing and why. Very passionate about his job.
Chris did a great job explaining what needed to be done and everything got fixed up very quickly. Always friendly service and very easy to work with. They’ll always be my go-to for pest control.
Awful, terrible. Worst $300 we've ever spent. A total scam... they just pray on people and promise all these things and come out and do absolutely nothing, then leave you high and dry when you complain. Called back to voice my concerns, no one answered, left a voicemail and never heard back from anyone. Then, my…
This was the initial service. So, it’s too early to tell if it is good quality or good value. I expect that it will be both - time will tell. The initial phone call to Orkin was a painless, enjoyable and informative experience. Matt, the representative who answered the phone, spent half an hour with me explaining…
I don’t usually write reviews, but Jared from Orkin in East Denver is the most pleasant service provider I have interacted with in recent memory. He is thorough, thoughtful, and friendly. Thanks, Jared!
Anthony was punctual, diligent, and kind!
Great service, practices social distancing love this company. The only negative we have is that my wife runs a home day care and when the technician came in to do his service he did not wear any type of shoe covering. Thank you for your service have eliminated Our ant problem completely and will continue to have Orkin service our property.
Our initial tech was amazing and friendly. He educated me on things to help my home in between pest visits. He gave me advice on pest prevention as well. It just so happened there was a snake in our window well and he removed it and relocated it to a safe place. He was very thorough and checked every corner of the…
Javier is always prompt, friendly and thorough.
Always prompt and great job
Did not say goodbye. Did not identify the bug I was concerned about. Did not tell me what he did outside.
Jeremy was very friendly, patient and informative. I ask a lot of annoying questions and he was more than happy to answer them and put my mind at ease. I had a really good experience and felt like I was in good hands. I'm going to try and request him to be the only that comes out in the future!
Great professional service, good peace of mind!
Fast and friendly service
Orkin is my life saver. I am deathly afraid of spiders. Living on my own I don’t have the option to have someone else kill them for me. It’s a whole thing. I have Orkin come quarterly and that’s typically perfect. Ive been using the service for about 4 years now. However the spiders this year have been out of…
Wonderful experience! On time and got to everything I asked for!
Excellent customer service Goes above and Beyond what needs to be done.
Bill was great, he checked every corner of our property and inside every room. Great job sir, thank you.
We love orkin and have used their services for 36 years
Will was completly thorough in his servicing of our property. He showed that he genuinely cared about protecting us against pests. Thank you Will.
The guy that comes to check my apartment is very friendly and does a good job of checking the traps and replace the old ones. He checks every room each time I will tell my landlord about him!!
Orkin's customer service is always a pleasure. Shout out to Fernando for his professionalism, friendliness, and service!
Perfectly on time, plenty of notice, excellent friendly service, A+ Rating!!!!
The service has been good up to this point except for two in discrepancies. The first one on the initial service the home office said I had to check my cats out and myself for 3 hours after spraying for carpet beetles. But the technician didn't want to spray on chill you did an inspection and assess the severity of…
Efrum is so kind and very thorough! I recommend Orkin to everyone.
We had a very good visit. He was very through!
Always a job well done and friendly customer service.
Javier is very professional and reliable. We haven't had any mini intruders since we started having him out regularly.
I appreciate the great communication this company and it's employees offer. I had an issue today with the schedule and they fixed it promptly.
He was very professional and explained what he was doing thoroughly.
The Orkin man was very polite and responsive to our immediate situation. We were expecting guests in a very short while. He worked quickly and explained clearly what he was doing. He encouraged us to call if we had any questions. Hank Fischer 12-13-2021 Mitchell showed that he remembered me and our home. He…
Im sorry for going full Karen here, but the technician that came out did not do anything that we expected of him or that the woman told me he would do over the phone. I called when I saw a mouse enter my living room from under the fire place. The woman who answered said he would put down ‘dog proof’ mouse traps,…
Alex was fabulous and addressed all of my concerns.
Orkin staff are knowledgeable, professional, timely and thorough.
This was a preventative spraying outside the home.
Jeff is Awesome!!
The technician never talks to us and spends no time inside the house. We are used to better service from Orkin and are very disappointed in the technician that has replaced Matt. We are not getting the service that we are paying for. Looking to change providers.
I can’t say enough great things about Orkin! They are professional, use great products and are very efficient. I highly recommend them!
The guy Chris was really professional and detailed! And the customer service person I spoke to was easy on the ears not trying to sell me stuff I didn't need. Overall comfortable.
Did an excellent job. Very nice man who helped us
Anthony is great. He sets up appointments by text. I have texted him with questions and he gets right back with a reply. Our home hasn’t had any pest problems in years (knock wood). Even the ant problem on the patio is gone. Have recommended Orkin to my friends. New rep showed up today unannounced. The cats were…
Matt is absolutely the best! Worked with him for 2 years and he always knows how to solve the problem! He is the best!
The individual who services our house is consistently within the window of arrival, professional, explains what’s going on and arrives/leaves without disturbance. He makes the process smooth.
Jared is great! He is always taking the time to check for other pests to see if anything else needs to be done. He does a thorough job at spraying and searching in tiny cracks and behind appliances. Highly recommend this company!
The inspector was friendly and to the point
It was a pleasure working with Orkin on our pest control needs! They were timely in scheduling our appointment and explaining our service options to us. Our technician was insanely knowledgeable about pest control options and offered us really good solutions for tackling our existing problems. We are happy to have…
Had to request use of mask and shoe covers.
Keith is awesome and has been providing us with great service for years. He is knowledgable, friendly and very respectful - the best we have ever encountered.
Jarrod is wonderful. He always comes when we need him. He's very reassuring and always addresses our concerns.
Anthony was very professional and friendly. He was on time and wore foot protection. I would highly recommend Orkin for any services you may need.
Well I watched the video of what they do and the tech did about half of that he did a small inspection but not what is in the video he treated some areas the service was for a fly issue and ants in not saying the tech was bad but I think there could have been more done like he only went half way in the crawl space…
Matt is great! Very knowledgeable and kind! Thank you Matt!
Contacted me previous to visit, arrived timely and very professional.
Tod was here to do the first inspection and treatment if the program we’ve begun with Orkin. On time. Courteous. Very professional.
Matthew is awesome!
Awesome maintenance and service. Really appreciate the professional and caring experience. I would highly recommend this group. Becoming part of the family while caring for our family.
Orkin does a great job to control the pests in and around our house. I definitely recommend them.
They are the single best bug service I have ever had hands down.
I was pleased with the service. They were on time. They explained everything to me and made sure to use product that won't hurt kid's / pet's.
Fantastic service with the technician Chris. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He took time to understand our specific needs and come up with a treatment plan to address our ant problem along with several other pest concerns. Very impressed considering poor experiences with other pest control services.
Matt Crespin is the best technician! He is very thorough, informative and very service oriented. He is dedicated to his customers. He is the reason I use Orkin!
I can always count on Bill! Came to spray within hours of me reaching out.
Great
The service technician is always on time, polite, and knowledgeable. I feel like he is always going above and beyond to provide the very best service possible.

Good
Very professional and timely inspection which lead to a yearly preventative service contract.
Our Technician Matt is extremally professional and consults when he sees a potential problem
Everything was fine. Techs were professional, thorough and efficient and adhered to safety precautions.
Unfortunately cannot remember my technicians name but he was able to get there a little early. Very professional and aware of current social distancing rules. Had just finished placing mouse traps indoors and had moved outside to fill cracks and gaps when I heard a trap snap. So within 20 minutes their bait did more…
Always prompt, professional and take time to hear my concerns or discuss issues I may be having. Would recommend them 100%.
Have used orkin a number of years. Very satisfied. Keeps all the critters under control. Bill mueller is the best. Pleasant and thorough.
Britt was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
Excellent and timely service. Great communication via text. Our service provider has been consistent and is very thorough.
Can't say enough positive things about Orkin. I left for a different company (probably 2 or 3) and haven't been happy with the services. So I came back to Orkin and they yay me like I never left, so happy to be back with this reliable company!!
Brit was here for his quarterly inspection. As always, he is timely, friendly, and thorough.
Jared Jesse is a great technician. Reliable, dependable and professional.
Our tech, Todd was awesome! If I could pick a specific tech to come out every time I would. Orkin was very responsive and they had the most competitive rate compared to the businesses I reached out to. The service appt was scheduled QUICKLY in a reasonable timeframe (I called Saturday, tech was out by Tuesday due to…
Professional and courteous. Informative and helpful. Quickly got the job done. Will continue to use
Jared is an excellent technician who is very thorough and professional.
Ron was very informative and helpful. Performed a thorough inspection and set traps at all points of entry. Explained the contract in detail and told us to call at any time. Very pleased so far.
Awesome services at a very reasonable price point for peace of mind. With the bimonthly maintenance and ability to call anytime for any issues whatsoever, this has been a no-brainer. The inspectors have all been great, particularly our 'regular' - Bryce. Always ready and willing to go above and beyond the call of…
Clean and efficient. Communicated instructions well.
