Anthony came ahead of schedule, was very courteous, looked very professional, and explained what he saw as he did the initial inspection. It was a great experience. I feel very confident that Orkin will successfully help me eliminate my mouse problem.
Love our Orkin professional. Really nice guy and does a great job. Love that he always let's us know when he's on his way and when he arrives so we can put the dogs in the Bedroom. Everyone is always professional and friendly. And the other great part, no bugs or mice.
The tech was very professional highly educated in this field and offered excellent advice.
Autumn was great! Very knowledgeable & thorough.
...notified, and another on time appointment...all continues to go well !...and Bill knows his stuff !!!
The tech, Robert was great! He is always professional and polite. He explains what he is going to do and why. Love his service!

Great professional service !
Always very professional and thorough, comforting to know if problems arise Bill will take care of it!
Great service as always!
I terribly afraid of mice. Hope Orkin can get as much control as they can
great experience really keeps the bugs out
Terrible experience First appointment went okay and then they never came out again! No call no show appointments i called them out and wanted a refund and they refused because they are lying to us about a 30 day refund. It’s actually 3 days. Yes 3 days. Sneaky bs management team that won’t supply their techs what…
No bugs!!
Will is an expert with a lot of energy. He crawled into spaces most wouldn't volunteer to go in to set mouse traps. He is friendly and a real go getter. Will is the face of Orkin , in my mind!
Awesome! Matthew is very thorough and consistent with the service he has given me for the past 5yrs
Great service! Anthony is the best! Very thorough! I’m totally bug free and never have to worry about bugs or spiders!!
Sales lied, installer lied, manager lied. Wants to “Make it right” but always unavailable… Ask for refund and get ghosted.
⭐ 1 Star – Beyond Disappointed and Deeply Frustrated I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience with Orkin has been unacceptable from start to finish. For months, I’ve tried to work with them to handle a recurring mouse issue, but communication is almost nonexistent. No one ever calls to confirm…
Jared has been our technician for a couple years now and has been wonderful. He is accommodating, friendly and thorough with his work. He’s even kind enough to reach out to me so he doesn’t interfere with my child’s nap time. I would suggest this company and request Jared!
