Autumn was great! Very knowledgeable & thorough.
Orkin scheduled a cockroach mitigation service within a day of my phone call. This was needed in an apartment building where a tenant had just moved out. Given that situation, Anthony did a thorough job of treating obvious and hidden places (in wall sockets), and even treated the balcony for spider control. One…

Terrible experience First appointment went okay and then they never came out again! ⭐ 1 Star – Beyond Disappointed and Deeply Frustrated I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience with Orkin has been unacceptable from start to finish. For months, I’ve tried to work with them to handle a recurring mouse issue, but communication is almost nonexistent. No one ever calls to confirm…
Jared has been our technician for a couple years now and has been wonderful. He is accommodating, friendly and thorough with his work. He’s even kind enough to reach out to me so he doesn’t interfere with my child’s nap time. I would suggest this company and request Jared!

Original service was fine , they showed up on time but the price and payment plan after all was said and done was way more than I anticipated ? . I called to express my concerns and Derek ( refused to give his last name ) called me back and was unable to resolve my concerns and reminded me 3/4 of the way thru the…

I am so glad we hired Orkin to help us with our insect problem. We had ants seasonally ever since we moved in 3+ years ago and finally decided that the store bought traps were not doing the trick. Bill is wonderful and does a great job!
We’ve had Orkin service for about 18 months now and it’s great! They communicate well, show up on time, and we’ve had zero issues. They’ve come out last minute to spray a wasp nest, replace mouse traps, and take care of some pesky ants. Excellent company!
Austin and his partner with Orkin came out for their first initial service, and they were fantastic. Compared to our previous provider who raced through their service, Austin took the necessary time to address the issues we had, made sure they sprayed everywhere, and left us with some extra spider traps just in case.
Blake was on time, very professional and knowledgeable about my current pest issues which were spiders (absolutely terrified) and mice. He was awesome about walking me through the process, the billing and the follow up that would occur. He made me feel very confident that my pest issues would be a thing of the past…

The technician was prompt, pleasant and understanding; I called at 8:30 this morning and left a message to reschedule due to illness, but I didn't get a call back. The technician was very nice, did as much as he could and said to call back to finish the work at no charge. The service has been good with the exception of the no-call back today.

Results are outstanding as is the work Matt and Orkin do for our family!

Orkin came out to spray for spiders
Orkin was on time, very thorough and informative. Addressed all questions and solved our problem. I cannot recall our technicians name which is a shame because he was fantastic. Very happy with our service all around.
Orkin does a great job. It’s Colorado and having a few spiders try and get into the basement is a natural thing. However, Orkin does a wonderful job of keeping them outside where they belong. Jeremy, our tech, is exceptional!
Great service, practices social distancing love this company. The only negative we have is that my wife runs a home day care and when the technician came in to do his service he did not wear any type of shoe covering. Thank you for your service have eliminated Our ant problem completely and will continue to have Orkin service our property.
Our initial tech was amazing and friendly. He educated me on things to help my home in between pest visits. He gave me advice on pest prevention as well. It just so happened there was a snake in our window well and he removed it and relocated it to a safe place. He was very thorough and checked every corner of the…
Orkin is my life saver. I am deathly afraid of spiders. Living on my own I don’t have the option to have someone else kill them for me. It’s a whole thing. I have Orkin come quarterly and that’s typically perfect. Ive been using the service for about 4 years now. However the spiders this year have been out of…

My experience with our neighborhood Orkin service provider has been excellent. We are on first name basis, they accommodate my schedule even if it’s last minute and I have not seen a mouse in my house since I hired them. It’s been worth every penny.
I would like to know more about the mosquito spraying.
Im sorry for going full Karen here, but the technician that came out did not do anything that we expected of him or that the woman told me he would do over the phone. I called when I saw a mouse enter my living room from under the fire place. The woman who answered said he would put down ‘dog proof’ mouse traps,…
Great conversation very respectful
Alex was fabulous and addressed all of my concerns.
Great customer service, fast scheduling, and the best part - no more creepy critters in the yard!
Orkin staff are knowledgeable, professional, timely and thorough.

Jeff is Awesome!!
Our technician is so kind and always catches up with us before getting into business. We’ve been working with him for about a year and see him multiple times a year. He helps keeps the bugs away from inside which is great, I will continue to use these services and hope my technician keeps coming back! 😊

The Orkin reps were friendly and responsible. Great work was done.
Bill was very professional and complete as he took care of the wasp problem including uncovering more wasp issues than we even were aware of. It’s nice as he closed doors and gates when he was done and explained everything he did while educating us about the issues.
The guy Chris was really professional and detailed! And the customer service person I spoke to was easy on the ears not trying to sell me stuff I didn't need. Overall comfortable.
Very friendly. Professional and thorough.
I have had Orkin service my 60 year old house once a month for the past year and have done a great job. They show up when they say, get the work done, and leave the house the way it was. I have seen the insects that use to crawl around for the most part disappear. Only have had a good experience so far !
Great job
Orkin handles all creepy crawlies, and I've been using them for years and have never been disappointed. The bugs stay away! My husband and I moved to from Arizona to Colorado and Colorado is a spider town in the summer. So I called in Orkin. I used them for my house in Arizona and never saw another bug inside my…

Bill is awesome.. Thank you Bill for always doing an awesome job!
I feel it was not worth the cost of the service. They came out with a can of spray and sprayed in a few areas. I feel there was not a complete inspection like you see in the adds. The technician was very polite.
Agent was knowledgable and communicated what he was going to do. This was the first visit of many more...First application to treat spiders and ants.

Keith is awesome and has been providing us with great service for years. He is knowledgable, friendly and very respectful - the best we have ever encountered.
Our Orkin person is Matt. He is an older gentleman that has been servicing our property for at least 8 years. He is always perfect. If he says something is going on then you can bank on it. We thought we were moving a few years back and we stop the service. When we decided to stay at this house we tried another…
Jarrod is wonderful. He always comes when we need him. He's very reassuring and always addresses our concerns.
Efrain left our house and I literally wanted to spend the holidays with him. What a sweet man. We moved into our new home yesterday, and before he left he offered to help my husband move a TV. I had to disclose my cancer and with that he told me he would pray for me. He was early to our appointment and helped us get a better deal.
They have always been flexible and friendly. The technician today was friendly and expedient.
Awesome service and customer service!

Mr Mincey is an excellent representative for Orkin. He is very polite and explained everything very well. He took time and explained to my 3 year little ones as well. The rep, Jamie, who set us up was amazing and dealt well with me and my bad phone coverage. Matthew Crespin was awesome. Friendly, informative, and thorough. He was just here yesterday afternoon and we already trapped a couple mice! Huge bonus for being safe around my kiddo and dog.
I was pleased with the service. They were on time. They explained everything to me and made sure to use product that won't hurt kid's / pet's.
