The men that came to treat my house were the most courteous. I've met. I've used several well known companies in the past and their customer service is not as good. Today’s service was so sloppy. Sprayed my entire windows. Now there’s ugly streaks and drip marks from the top on my windows to the bottom. My windows are not average short windows. They are so long and high I need a ladder to clean them. I am very upset. The past service tecs did not do this!

Have seen an increase reduction in pests since the days have been getting colder and the responsiveness and heads-up orkin gives before the scheduled date gives me plenty of time to plan or reschedule as needed. And they are very responsive the day of on their arrival times
