Today’s service was so sloppy. Sprayed my entire windows. Now there’s ugly streaks and drip marks from the top on my windows to the bottom. My windows are not average short windows. They are so long and high I need a ladder to clean them. I am very upset. The past service tecs did not do this!

Kris is our technician. She is VERY courteous, and prompt. She does what exterminators do, spraying here and there. If she sees something that needs attention, she mentions it. I pay a monthly fee for service once a month. If I have any issues in between with pests I just call them and they come within a day or so no extra fees at all. They really are a great company, have great communication and prices. They keep pests under control with no problems.

I was scheduled for 9am and didn’t get a call that they were going to be late until an hour after set time. I had to go back to work so I had to leave. They only sprayed the outside of my house and rescheduled to spray the inside and NEVER SHOWED UP!
