Today’s service was so sloppy. Sprayed my entire windows. Now there’s ugly streaks and drip marks from the top on my windows to the bottom. My windows are not average short windows. They are so long and high I need a ladder to clean them. I am very upset. The past service tecs did not do this!

Have seen an increase reduction in pests since the days have been getting colder and the responsiveness and heads-up orkin gives before the scheduled date gives me plenty of time to plan or reschedule as needed. And they are very responsive the day of on their arrival times

Kris is our technician. She is VERY courteous, and prompt. She does what exterminators do, spraying here and there. If she sees something that needs attention, she mentions it. Rep was courteous and very proffesional

I pay a monthly fee for service once a month. If I have any issues in between with pests I just call them and they come within a day or so no extra fees at all. They really are a great company, have great communication and prices. They keep pests under control with no problems.

I was scheduled for 9am and didn’t get a call that they were going to be late until an hour after set time. I had to go back to work so I had to leave. They only sprayed the outside of my house and rescheduled to spray the inside and NEVER SHOWED UP!

Great service and I do not have insect problems

Love the service. Haven’t seen a live bug in my house since I started the service a year ago!

Pleased so far with the service, I've used Orkin for a year now and I have pleased with the services I'm paying for. Diego is extremely professional and accomdating. I'm paying for the subscription style service where they come out at different time intervals. But they'll come out if needed in between those scheduled, which is awesome.

Great from the first phone call to the actual spraying. Super professionals, all the people I dealt with. Highly recommend them.

We are waiting 1 week to see if any of the ants reappear in the bathroom from behind the toilet. If they do we plan to call for an additional visit and perhaps have the toilet removed by a plumber, area treated again, then have the toilet returned to its original place. Fingers crossed.

Been using them awhile. Yes, they cost a little more than some brand x guy, but definitely are responsive to addressing additional problems, answering questions, and you can always adjust the frequency of visits.
