I switched to Orkins after bad experience with prior pest control services as they had inconsistent visits. Orkins is far worse! Their treatments are not effective whatsoever! I have the same issues with scorpions and outdoor mice, and whatever they are doing is not touching the problem! They are very nice people,…
They are always on time, very professional, and very thorough. I highly recommend them.
The technician Julian was professional and committed to giving me great service. What impressed me most was that he listened to my concerns and acted on them. Number one in my opinion.
Great prompt service. Friendly personnel
Jose is awesome and knows exactly what has to be done! Immanuel was great as well and will be missed but Jose knows her job and is dependable sufficient and an all around kind person.
The tech you sent me was very courteous and arrived on time. He treated the perimeter of the house to prevent termites from damaging the supporting structure of our home. He did meticulous work drilling deep into the ground to inject a foam which destroys their colonies. He covered all the holes and swept up any…
Emmanuel Gonzalez just finished. I can’t say enough wonderful things about him, and ORKIN! Thanks for always being so courageous and always for a job well done.
Thorough, efficient and friendly service.
Courteous and efficient! Super service each time. I have Orkin service since 7 years and never had nor have any regrets! Emmanuel is the best, very efficient, polite and explains questions I at times have. Thank you Emmanuel !!!!!!

Cody was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and patient with my questions about services and pets. He sprayed every room and was very considerate in asking if it was okay to enter all rooms. He also asked to see if I had any concerns. Best service ever!

Very professional, and very knowledgeable.
Here is my updated ewview: My new tech is Oscar and he is very thorough. He goes above and beyond, just as expected and advertised. He even went on my roof to check on things. He is respectful and very knowledgable. I would highly recommend Orkin now. I did not receive the service that is advertised. First…

Absolutely LOVE our Orkin service with Cristen Holguin! She’s trustworthy, professional and punctual. Every booking we’ve had has been a great experience. She definitely keeps all the creepy crawlers away. We have had zero pest problems since booking with Orkin. Thank you guys!
As always our Orkin provider goes above and beyond. They take time to explain each service and definitely keep the mosquitoes and flit population down. David always keeps us informed of what is going on in our space and home. We couldn’t be happier with the service David and Orkin provide. Great work!
She was thorough and professional. She was informative and friendly. I like her.
This company has always been my favorite as my mother used them 25 years ago and I am using them today. Great service wonderful staff 👍🏼
Had a new serviceman this morning. He was very cordial and asked if there were any issues needing to be addressed. Gentleman was very thorough.
Today’s service was so sloppy. Sprayed my entire windows. Now there’s ugly streaks and drip marks from the top on my windows to the bottom. My windows are not average short windows. They are so long and high I need a ladder to clean them. I am very upset. The past service tecs did not do this!
He always does an excellent job and he’s very thorough
Have seen an increase reduction in pests since the days have been getting colder and the responsiveness and heads-up orkin gives before the scheduled date gives me plenty of time to plan or reschedule as needed. And they are very responsive the day of on their arrival times
You have the most amazing technicians!
Had a wonderful experience
Many thanks to Brandon for excellent service.
Brandon Salas has amazing coustmer service needs a $5 dollar raise 🙌 orkin posion is the real deal!!!!!!!! Thank you orkin!!!
The gentleman that came told me about what he was going to do and when I told him about the issues with spiders out front he went and treated the front area. He was awesome and very professional, as well as, friendly.
Kris is our technician. She is VERY courteous, and prompt. She does what exterminators do, spraying here and there. If she sees something that needs attention, she mentions it. Her truck is always clean, she doesn’t smell like bug spray. We live insect free, and in New Mexico, there’s always the fear of scorpions.…
Thank you!
The first couple of visits were good and lately there is a new provider probably new and not well trained. Will cancel my service.
Fernando was very friendly and professional. He answered all questions we had regarding treatments. Did his job fast and efficiently. We will definitely be recommending Orkin to our family and friends.
Professional; efficient; pricey compared to the local companies; I do appreciate the responsiveness to schedule appt sooner than later though. No more pests!
I had written a review and was very happy with the service originally. Then came the disappointment about the overcharging to my account to the point I had to terminate the account to stop it. Prior to stopping the service I made numerous attempts with customer service that didn't resolve the issue. Now I have tried…
Aun no se si funcione, rocian muy poco, y no rocian si hay cosas pegadas a la pared, por mi cita llegaron tarde

Orkin is number 1 for a reason. If you are unsure on which company to use because you want to make sure you get the job done right. These are the guys to call. Christy was our technician and was very knowledgeable and experienced and took care of our German roach problem. Thanks Orkin!!
Excellent service!!!! The technician was very knowledgeable/professional and answer all my questions. Would recommend Orkin services to others.
I just received services from Orkin yesterday specifically for crickets (inside and outside) and cockroaches (outside) and so far I believe it’s helped already. I used to hear crickets outside super loud and last night was already WAY quieter. Hopefully I won’t see any more making their way inside. The person who…
This is a great company, I bought furniture on Facebook that unfortunately had roaches in it, which caused them to spread. I tried other companies but they did not fix the problem. When I contacted Orkin they fixed the issue immediately and followed up to make sure the problem was solved. Any time I have issues they…
Great customer service provided. Pleasant and friendly staff. Highly recommended.
He did an awesome job took his time and made sure to get every corner and area that I asked for. I am very pleased with his service
Christin is always courteous and professional. Hears me out regarding any problems or problem spots that may be an issue for me. Service has been very helpful and appreciated.
Great experience, We had an infestation of Ants both big and small. One day after the service and they seem gone. IT’s pricey but worth it for the sake of our pets. Although our attics and one of Crawl spaces couldn’t be done in the first visit due to shortage of staff, they worked it in to come in a coming visit…
I called Orkin because I could not get rid of the cockroaches in my kitchen no matter what traps I put or or how much I cleaned. They were professional, courteous, and responsive. Jason, the technician (I think that's the term?) who was sent to my house for the first visit, arrived during the agreed-upon time…
The gentleman that service our time was friendly, funny and through.
Great work and quality personnel. Thank you for taking care of our home.
Great Job and very pleased with the results the very next day. Thank you. 😊
Our technician Jake was absolutely amazing! He was very thorough and knowledgeable about every product that was used and described to us how it works! Not only would I recommend Orkin for its services but more so Jake as the technician! Great job Jake and thank you for your politeness and professionalism!
The technician arrives within the time frame we were given and advised us of his arrival.
Very professional service. I have been using this service for a couple of months and have seen a lot of improvement in the decrease of the infestation. Thanks

The service was excellent, on time and he did a thorough job of spraying around the house, the front yard and the back yard. The service was spraying for general pests.
Mr. Rodriguez was extremely thorough and very informative on explaining the process of pest control. Both gentlemen who provided the service were very respectful and very kind. Thank you for doing such a great job!
Really professional this gentleman that went this time around!!! They always show up when you call.
Diego was very professional and answered all of my questions. Very happy with this service.
Very through and very respectful gentlemen. Let me know what services were provided to reduce mosquitoes and other bugs. Would recommend.
The service person was extremely knowledgeable and patient in explaining actually what he was doing and why. Did far more to get rid of bugs than my last exterminator. Completely satisfied with Orkin and the exterminator.
Mr. Diaz was the tech that came out, he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He explained the process and made sure I understood what he would be doing. He is also awesome with pets. My lab loved him.
Orkin was wonderful! Their employees were very kind and helpful, and they got to the house right on time! I do wish they could've come the day I called, but I understand that they're busy. It was about $180 for their first visit (roach infestation). Seemed a little pricey, but if there are any other pest problems…
It was done professionally and quickly. Very thorough and fair pricing. Glad we went w/ them so far- hoping it helps make a difference w the bugs soon.
Andy is very professional and thorough.
Love the service. Haven’t seen a live bug in my house since I started the service a year ago!
Pleased so far with the service, I've used Orkin for a year now and I have pleased with the services I'm paying for. Diego is extremely professional and accomdating. I'm paying for the subscription style service where they come out at different time intervals. But they'll come out if needed in between those scheduled, which is awesome.
I am very happy with their service. Our Tech is great. Goes above and beyond and has good communication. I am very satisfied with my service.
Great service, they even caught a mouse while they were on site within the first hour. I would definitely recommend.
Been using them awhile. Yes, they cost a little more than some brand x guy, but definitely are responsive to addressing additional problems, answering questions, and you can always adjust the frequency of visits.
Excellent service!
My house does not have a single bug since I hired them.
Our technician, Tevin, is polite and professional. He always comes as scheduled. Performs a thorough treatment of the inside and outside of our house.
Orkin has been with me in Fabens, Tx. I know live in El Paso, Tx at 5538 Peinado Lane. I have been with Orkin more than 20 years. I know they have taken care of my problems. Diego is my service agent. He is very good, dependable agent. Who lets me know when is the appointment. Orkin is great business that is very dependable.
These guys do a pretty thorough job overall. However, it would be nice if they could be bothered to show up on time. Today, they were over 24 minutes late. Which, ya know....wouldn't be a problem if it weren't for the fact that they give a two hour window. They show up either at the very end of said window, or late…
He comes routinely and lets me know a few days before. Very professional and always on time
I could tell a huge difference with Orkin! I was having issues with tarantulas and I was starting to see scorpions. Coming from a colder climate, I had never seen these and was terrified but have had no issues since calling Orkin. The gentleman that does my residence is awesome!
Service was perfect exterminator was on time and friendly
Short sweet straight to the point offered further explanation when asked questions regarding species and treatment plan. wonderful experience would highly recommend!!!
They showed up and were polite, efficient and concerned. I really appreciated their superb service.
Andy is very professional and courteous every visit. He even brought my trash cans up from the curb before servicing. He is always attentive and addresses any concerns I have. I haven’t had any issues with the common bugs/pest you would encounter in El Paso. I highly recommend Orkin and Andy. Thank you!
Andy Diaz came out and as promised would arrive between 4-6pm and came at 5pm and explained the process and communicated with us I. Regards to treatments. I appreciated the time he took, how professional al Andy was and walked us step by step of the process and even gave his information and would work with us as far…
I've been using Orkin for about 5 years now, Andy is the name of the guy that has done the service every single time and he's very attentive and courteous. I love the results, I have a dog and he has never gotten any fleas and my house is insects free.
