I switched to Orkins after bad experience with prior pest control services as they had inconsistent visits. Orkins is far worse! Their treatments are not effective whatsoever! I have the same issues with scorpions and outdoor mice, and whatever they are doing is not touching the problem! They are very nice people,…
They are always on time, very professional, and very thorough. I highly recommend them.
The technician Julian was professional and committed to giving me great service. What impressed me most was that he listened to my concerns and acted on them. Number one in my opinion.
Great prompt service. Friendly personnel
Jose is awesome and knows exactly what has to be done! Immanuel was great as well and will be missed but Jose knows her job and is dependable sufficient and an all around kind person.
The tech you sent me was very courteous and arrived on time. He treated the perimeter of the house to prevent termites from damaging the supporting structure of our home. He did meticulous work drilling deep into the ground to inject a foam which destroys their colonies. He covered all the holes and swept up any…
Emmanuel Gonzalez just finished. I can’t say enough wonderful things about him, and ORKIN! Thanks for always being so courageous and always for a job well done.
Thorough, efficient and friendly service.
Courteous and efficient! Super service each time. I have Orkin service since 7 years and never had nor have any regrets! Emmanuel is the best, very efficient, polite and explains questions I at times have. Thank you Emmanuel !!!!!!

Cody was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and patient with my questions about services and pets. He sprayed every room and was very considerate in asking if it was okay to enter all rooms. He also asked to see if I had any concerns. Best service ever!
Excelente servicio !! Un gran profesionalismo de Cody McCuan 👌
Very thorough and friendly. Great service.
Our technician, Emmanuel, did an extraordinary job spraying our home and yard for pests. He was polite, efficient and did an excellent job.
Julian was very professional and thorough in treating our home for insects and other bugs. I hope we are able to continue with his service.
Very professional, and very knowledgeable.
Here is my updated ewview: My new tech is Oscar and he is very thorough. He goes above and beyond, just as expected and advertised. He even went on my roof to check on things. He is respectful and very knowledgable. I would highly recommend Orkin now. I did not receive the service that is advertised. First…

Absolutely LOVE our Orkin service with Cristen Holguin! She’s trustworthy, professional and punctual. Every booking we’ve had has been a great experience. She definitely keeps all the creepy crawlers away. We have had zero pest problems since booking with Orkin. Thank you guys!
As always our Orkin provider goes above and beyond. They take time to explain each service and definitely keep the mosquitoes and flit population down. David always keeps us informed of what is going on in our space and home. We couldn’t be happier with the service David and Orkin provide. Great work!
She was thorough and professional. She was informative and friendly. I like her.
This company has always been my favorite as my mother used them 25 years ago and I am using them today. Great service wonderful staff 👍🏼
Had a new serviceman this morning. He was very cordial and asked if there were any issues needing to be addressed. Gentleman was very thorough.
Today’s service was so sloppy. Sprayed my entire windows. Now there’s ugly streaks and drip marks from the top on my windows to the bottom. My windows are not average short windows. They are so long and high I need a ladder to clean them. I am very upset. The past service tecs did not do this!
He always does an excellent job and he’s very thorough
Have seen an increase reduction in pests since the days have been getting colder and the responsiveness and heads-up orkin gives before the scheduled date gives me plenty of time to plan or reschedule as needed. And they are very responsive the day of on their arrival times
You have the most amazing technicians!
Had a wonderful experience

Brandon Salas has amazing coustmer service needs a $5 dollar raise 🙌 orkin posion is the real deal!!!!!!!! Thank you orkin!!!
The gentleman that came told me about what he was going to do and when I told him about the issues with spiders out front he went and treated the front area. He was awesome and very professional, as well as, friendly.
Kris is our technician. She is VERY courteous, and prompt. She does what exterminators do, spraying here and there. If she sees something that needs attention, she mentions it. Her truck is always clean, she doesn’t smell like bug spray. We live insect free, and in New Mexico, there’s always the fear of scorpions.…
Thank you!
The first couple of visits were good and lately there is a new provider probably new and not well trained. Will cancel my service.
Fernando was very friendly and professional. He answered all questions we had regarding treatments. Did his job fast and efficiently. We will definitely be recommending Orkin to our family and friends.
Professional; efficient; pricey compared to the local companies; I do appreciate the responsiveness to schedule appt sooner than later though. No more pests!
I had written a review and was very happy with the service originally. Then came the disappointment about the overcharging to my account to the point I had to terminate the account to stop it. Prior to stopping the service I made numerous attempts with customer service that didn't resolve the issue. Now I have tried…

Orkin is number 1 for a reason. If you are unsure on which company to use because you want to make sure you get the job done right. These are the guys to call. Christy was our technician and was very knowledgeable and experienced and took care of our German roach problem. Thanks Orkin!!
Excellent service!!!! The technician was very knowledgeable/professional and answer all my questions. Would recommend Orkin services to others.
I just received services from Orkin yesterday specifically for crickets (inside and outside) and cockroaches (outside) and so far I believe it’s helped already. I used to hear crickets outside super loud and last night was already WAY quieter. Hopefully I won’t see any more making their way inside. The person who…
