Had a new serviceman this morning. He was very cordial and asked if there were any issues needing to be addressed. Gentleman was very thorough.

Today’s service was so sloppy. Sprayed my entire windows. Now there’s ugly streaks and drip marks from the top on my windows to the bottom. My windows are not average short windows. They are so long and high I need a ladder to clean them. I am very upset. The past service tecs did not do this!

Have seen an increase reduction in pests since the days have been getting colder and the responsiveness and heads-up orkin gives before the scheduled date gives me plenty of time to plan or reschedule as needed. And they are very responsive the day of on their arrival times

The gentleman that came told me about what he was going to do and when I told him about the issues with spiders out front he went and treated the front area. He was awesome and very professional, as well as, friendly.

Pleased so far with the service, I've used Orkin for a year now and I have pleased with the services I'm paying for. Diego is extremely professional and accomdating. I'm paying for the subscription style service where they come out at different time intervals. But they'll come out if needed in between those scheduled, which is awesome.

I could tell a huge difference with Orkin! I was having issues with tarantulas and I was starting to see scorpions. Coming from a colder climate, I had never seen these and was terrified but have had no issues since calling Orkin. The gentleman that does my residence is awesome!

I've been using Orkin for about 5 years now, Andy is the name of the guy that has done the service every single time and he's very attentive and courteous. I love the results, I have a dog and he has never gotten any fleas and my house is insects free.
