My home was serviced today by Josie. Josie is very professional, courteous and respectful. I’m very pleased with the job she did today.

My exterminator Josie was amazing. She was very communicative, punctual, and personable. She listened to all of my concerns and was extremely detail oriented when inspecting and spraying my home. I am very satisfied and happy I chose Orkin as my pest control provider.

The technician Julian was professional and committed to giving me great service. What impressed me most was that he listened to my concerns and acted on them. Number one in my opinion.

Cody was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and patient with my questions about services and pets. He sprayed every room and was very considerate in asking if it was okay to enter all rooms. He also asked to see if I had any concerns. Best service ever!

Never had a problem, have had Orkin for years and no bug problem. On time , good techs, good product. Only thing the price they have gone up up up going to price me soon right out. No discounts for Veretens, Military Active or Retired. You would think their Loyal Customers they could throw them a bone.

Always professional. Our technician is always on time and answers our questions.

Had a new serviceman this morning. He was very cordial and asked if there were any issues needing to be addressed. Gentleman was very thorough.

Today’s service was so sloppy. Sprayed my entire windows. Now there’s ugly streaks and drip marks from the top on my windows to the bottom. My windows are not average short windows. They are so long and high I need a ladder to clean them. I am very upset. The past service tecs did not do this!

The gentleman that came told me about what he was going to do and when I told him about the issues with spiders out front he went and treated the front area. He was awesome and very professional, as well as, friendly.

Kris is our technician. She is VERY courteous, and prompt. She does what exterminators do, spraying here and there. If she sees something that needs attention, she mentions it. Rep was courteous and very proffesional

I pay a monthly fee for service once a month. If I have any issues in between with pests I just call them and they come within a day or so no extra fees at all. They really are a great company, have great communication and prices. They keep pests under control with no problems.

Most of the times the service is good but today's technician did a poor job. We requested traps but he said ran out of them. The service has become expensive and come without the things needed is unacceptable.

Always nice and professional. All questions always answered

I’ve been using Orkin for over a year now and do not regret it. The customer service is always amazing from rescheduling appointments over the phone to the individuals who come and spray for general pest control. They always make sure I’m not having any trouble areas with ants from the past. Very happy with the service.
