My home was serviced today by Josie. Josie is very professional, courteous and respectful. I’m very pleased with the job she did today.
I switched to Orkins after bad experience with prior pest control services as they had inconsistent visits. Orkins is far worse! Their treatments are not effective whatsoever! I have the same issues with scorpions and outdoor mice, and whatever they are doing is not touching the problem! They are very nice people,…
They are always on time, very professional, and very thorough. I highly recommend them.
My exterminator Josie was amazing. She was very communicative, punctual, and personable. She listened to all of my concerns and was extremely detail oriented when inspecting and spraying my home. I am very satisfied and happy I chose Orkin as my pest control provider.
The technician Julian was professional and committed to giving me great service. What impressed me most was that he listened to my concerns and acted on them. Number one in my opinion.

Great service as always!!
Honestly, it’s great that Orkin has 24/7 customer service. We had an ant issue we needed taken care of and we were put on the schedule for the very next day. Cody was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and patient with my questions about services and pets. He sprayed every room and was very considerate in asking if it was okay to enter all rooms. He also asked to see if I had any concerns. Best service ever!

Julian was right on time, very friendly and professional, did a thorough job inside and out.
Never had a problem, have had Orkin for years and no bug problem. On time , good techs, good product. Only thing the price they have gone up up up going to price me soon right out. No discounts for Veretens, Military Active or Retired. You would think their Loyal Customers they could throw them a bone.
Our technician, Emmanuel, did an extraordinary job spraying our home and yard for pests. He was polite, efficient and did an excellent job.
Always very professional and courteous. We have been using the service for over 10 years.
Julian was very professional and thorough in treating our home for insects and other bugs. I hope we are able to continue with his service.
Oscar was very courteous and professional. He did a complete home inspection and treatment.
Very professional, and very knowledgeable.
Here is my updated ewview: My new tech is Oscar and he is very thorough. He goes above and beyond, just as expected and advertised. He even went on my roof to check on things. He is respectful and very knowledgable. I would highly recommend Orkin now. I did not receive the service that is advertised. First…

Absolutely LOVE our Orkin service with Cristen Holguin! She’s trustworthy, professional and punctual. Every booking we’ve had has been a great experience. She definitely keeps all the creepy crawlers away. We have had zero pest problems since booking with Orkin. Thank you guys!
As always our Orkin provider goes above and beyond. They take time to explain each service and definitely keep the mosquitoes and flit population down. David always keeps us informed of what is going on in our space and home. We couldn’t be happier with the service David and Orkin provide. Great work!
She was thorough and professional. She was informative and friendly. I like her.
This company has always been my favorite as my mother used them 25 years ago and I am using them today. Great service wonderful staff 👍🏼
The men that came to treat my house were the most courteous. I've met. I've used several well known companies in the past and their customer service is not as good. I am happy with the work they performed especially the detail they put in to treating my home on the outside n the inside. I recommend Orkin for pest…
Always professional. Our technician is always on time and answers our questions.
Had a new serviceman this morning. He was very cordial and asked if there were any issues needing to be addressed. Gentleman was very thorough.
Today’s service was so sloppy. Sprayed my entire windows. Now there’s ugly streaks and drip marks from the top on my windows to the bottom. My windows are not average short windows. They are so long and high I need a ladder to clean them. I am very upset. The past service tecs did not do this!
He always does an excellent job and he’s very thorough
Very courteous and professional
David was on time, professional and most courteous! He's always sufficient and gets the job done.
You have the most amazing technicians!
Many thanks to Brandon for excellent service.
Great Customer service all around! Definitely would recommend 👌
The gentleman that came told me about what he was going to do and when I told him about the issues with spiders out front he went and treated the front area. He was awesome and very professional, as well as, friendly.
Thank you for the helpful suggestions on what I can do to help keep these pests to a minimum.
Kris is our technician. She is VERY courteous, and prompt. She does what exterminators do, spraying here and there. If she sees something that needs attention, she mentions it. Her truck is always clean, she doesn’t smell like bug spray. We live insect free, and in New Mexico, there’s always the fear of scorpions.…
Rep was courteous and very proffesional
I pay a monthly fee for service once a month. If I have any issues in between with pests I just call them and they come within a day or so no extra fees at all. They really are a great company, have great communication and prices. They keep pests under control with no problems.
They were very professionll
Orkin handled a termite infestation (which had flourished in my wooden floor underneath my gun for mats) that was undetected by my former post control company thoroughly, professionally, with urgency, and at a competitive price. They followed up with me and have continued to provide regular pest control. The…
Honest and professional. Very courteous and helpful.
Thank you!
Fernando is great
Most of the times the service is good but today's technician did a poor job. We requested traps but he said ran out of them. The service has become expensive and come without the things needed is unacceptable.
Great service and very nice !
Outstanding service and very affordable prices
They came in right away, Bert respectful of the property and very professional. The tech answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable.
Very professional and efficient!! They have been servicing my home for the past 3 months and I am very happy with the service! Highly recommended!
Always courteous staff with quick professional service.
I had written a review and was very happy with the service originally. Then came the disappointment about the overcharging to my account to the point I had to terminate the account to stop it. Prior to stopping the service I made numerous attempts with customer service that didn't resolve the issue. Now I have tried…
Always nice and professional. All questions always answered
I’ve been using Orkin for over a year now and do not regret it. The customer service is always amazing from rescheduling appointments over the phone to the individuals who come and spray for general pest control. They always make sure I’m not having any trouble areas with ants from the past. Very happy with the service.
Very professional and very detailed about the job.

The Orkin personnel were, as always, professional, responsive, and efficient.
Professional and nice technician. Good warranty and product.
Orkin is number 1 for a reason. If you are unsure on which company to use because you want to make sure you get the job done right. These are the guys to call. Christy was our technician and was very knowledgeable and experienced and took care of our German roach problem. Thanks Orkin!!

Great service and good quality, keeps the bugs away from our home
Brandon was very professional in what he does. It was the first time coming to my home as a technician, I had someone else previously, and knew the entire history and treatment for my home. He did his job and was attentive to my concerns and questions. Lovely experience.
Excellent service!!!! The technician was very knowledgeable/professional and answer all my questions. Would recommend Orkin services to others.
Very nice people, they actually listen to your concerns and address them accordingly. Ty!
This is a great company, I bought furniture on Facebook that unfortunately had roaches in it, which caused them to spread. I tried other companies but they did not fix the problem. When I contacted Orkin they fixed the issue immediately and followed up to make sure the problem was solved. Any time I have issues they…
Technician did not consult with me to get an update of my pest control issues. I would have liked to appraise the Technician of some new problems.
I would like to very much recommend Orkin to anybody in need of pest control. They’re quick to arrive and thorough in placing their products throughout the property. The customer service is by far the greatest I’ve experienced in their field and I love how devoted they are to controlling the problem to the customer’s satisfaction. Thank you 🙏🏼
Jason was very attentive and followed through with good quality pest control.
Great service!
AJ is the best professional that I’ve dealt with when it comes to letting people into my home. He was respectful and I felt really comfortable with him. He ensured me about my treatment plan working and let me know that I could reach out at anytime. He was efficient and I really appreciated his work !
AJ was amazing. He arrived before I got home, but he did not hesitate to begin the service. He was able to walk me through the service and provide me with upcoming service information. Overall, great initial service.
Very good service.
Great customer service provided. Pleasant and friendly staff. Highly recommended.
They came and did the monthly spraying the house like they normally do
Christin is always courteous and professional. Hears me out regarding any problems or problem spots that may be an issue for me. Service has been very helpful and appreciated.
Great experience, We had an infestation of Ants both big and small. One day after the service and they seem gone. IT’s pricey but worth it for the sake of our pets. Although our attics and one of Crawl spaces couldn’t be done in the first visit due to shortage of staff, they worked it in to come in a coming visit…
Routine bimonthly service for the home
Interesting
I called Orkin because I could not get rid of the cockroaches in my kitchen no matter what traps I put or or how much I cleaned. They were professional, courteous, and responsive. Jason, the technician (I think that's the term?) who was sent to my house for the first visit, arrived during the agreed-upon time…
On time, responsive, quick, got the job done. Will continue to use Orkin for my pest control needs

Excellent service!
Professional and on time.
We loved the service. We moved into a new older home and orkin thoroughly inspected and treated issues another company had missed. They answered all our questions and patiently explained details to us. We are definitely happy with the service
These guys do a pretty thorough job overall. However, it would be nice if they could be bothered to show up on time. Today, they were over 24 minutes late. Which, ya know....wouldn't be a problem if it weren't for the fact that they give a two hour window. They show up either at the very end of said window, or late…
I could tell a huge difference with Orkin! I was having issues with tarantulas and I was starting to see scorpions. Coming from a colder climate, I had never seen these and was terrified but have had no issues since calling Orkin. The gentleman that does my residence is awesome!
Friendly, consciencous.
Short sweet straight to the point offered further explanation when asked questions regarding species and treatment plan. wonderful experience would highly recommend!!!
They showed up and were polite, efficient and concerned. I really appreciated their superb service.
