I switched to Orkins after bad experience with prior pest control services as they had inconsistent visits. Orkins is far worse! Their treatments are not effective whatsoever! I have the same issues with scorpions and outdoor mice, and whatever they are doing is not touching the problem! They are very nice people,…
They are always on time, very professional, and very thorough. I highly recommend them.
Horrible communication!!! Would not use if I could find another company to get the job I’m needing done.
Excellent Service
Very considerate and thoughtful for our pets. We were advised and felt comfortable with services for our babies David is truly awesome always very polite and professional. He just always makes it easy for us to get our services completed and gives great updates to what we need/recommendations
Nothing but good, friendly service. They take care any special services you may need.
Always professional. Our technician is always on time and answers our questions.

Great Customer service all around! Definitely would recommend 👌
The representative that stopped by was professional, and was immediately helpful in managing pest control needs. Highly recommend the service of Orkin in the future
Caught a mouse 5 minutes after he put down the trap.
Jasmine was very professional. Highly Recommend.
The person was fantastic!
I was scheduled for 9am and didn’t get a call that they were going to be late until an hour after set time. I had to go back to work so I had to leave. They only sprayed the outside of my house and rescheduled to spray the inside and NEVER SHOWED UP!
AJ always goes above and beyond to ensure that our home stays pest free. He is very attentive and always prompt. We definitely value the service that Orkin provides and our thankful that they have such quality employees like AJ!
Very friendly and professional. Does a little more than asked to make sure the job is done right.
Brandon was very professional in what he does. It was the first time coming to my home as a technician, I had someone else previously, and knew the entire history and treatment for my home. He did his job and was attentive to my concerns and questions. Lovely experience.
Jason was very attentive and followed through with good quality pest control.
He did an awesome job took his time and made sure to get every corner and area that I asked for. I am very pleased with his service
Very courteous and knowledgeable!
I called Orkin because I could not get rid of the cockroaches in my kitchen no matter what traps I put or or how much I cleaned. They were professional, courteous, and responsive. Jason, the technician (I think that's the term?) who was sent to my house for the first visit, arrived during the agreed-upon time…
The gentleman that service our time was friendly, funny and through.
Very personal individual, professional in his performance and provided information when asked. Thank you
Andy is very professional and thorough.
Pleased so far with the service, I've used Orkin for a year now and I have pleased with the services I'm paying for. Diego is extremely professional and accomdating. I'm paying for the subscription style service where they come out at different time intervals. But they'll come out if needed in between those scheduled, which is awesome.
Great service, they even caught a mouse while they were on site within the first hour. I would definitely recommend.
Been using them awhile. Yes, they cost a little more than some brand x guy, but definitely are responsive to addressing additional problems, answering questions, and you can always adjust the frequency of visits.
Excellent service!
Technician showed up 2.5 hours late. I expected a much more thorough inspection of my house but was a bit disappointed. Technician didn’t even bring their own bait and had to use food from my pantry.
I could tell a huge difference with Orkin! I was having issues with tarantulas and I was starting to see scorpions. Coming from a colder climate, I had never seen these and was terrified but have had no issues since calling Orkin. The gentleman that does my residence is awesome!
Excellent service
