They are always on time, very professional, and very thorough. I highly recommend them.
The tech you sent me was very courteous and arrived on time. He treated the perimeter of the house to prevent termites from damaging the supporting structure of our home. He did meticulous work drilling deep into the ground to inject a foam which destroys their colonies. He covered all the holes and swept up any…
Ivan showed up both times on time! Answered many questions I had, which I do appreciate!! Knowledgeable and nice guy..Thank you
Excellent service and professional friendly staff. They explained everything that they were doing amd ir was easy ro understand.
Rep/tech very courteous and friendly, punctual. Only "negative" about the work done, the dust left behind from drilling the holes on the concrete. Update: after a more thorough look, they did a poor job of plugging up the holes they drilled, especially the ones drilled inside on my tile floor in one of the rooms. I…

Orkin was great about coming back and putting the bait stations back, since the bait stations had to be removed due to the cement work. Raymond came…
Kris is our technician. She is VERY courteous, and prompt. She does what exterminators do, spraying here and there. If she sees something that needs attention, she mentions it. Her truck is always clean, she doesn’t smell like bug spray. We live insect free, and in New Mexico, there’s always the fear of scorpions.…
Orkin handled a termite infestation (which had flourished in my wooden floor underneath my gun for mats) that was undetected by my former post control company thoroughly, professionally, with urgency, and at a competitive price. They followed up with me and have continued to provide regular pest control. The…
