I have been very satisfied with Orkins services. I especially like Jerry the person who has serviced my home. It has been because of him I chose to stay with your services when asked by other companies to use their services.
Couldn't kill a tiny bug on my own, couldn't even identify what it was. Michael came and informed me they are springtails; and they're resilient to chemicals. Sprayed basement for standard bugs, and laid out glue boards to collect the springtails. Gave me pointers to follow to reduce the problem-basically remove all moisture, thay love moisture.
The employee that came to eradicate a couple of yellowjacket nests around my house was on time and friendly. John was very professional, inspected the house and set traps to catch the mice. He filled entry points with a foam product to prevent mice from entering.
