I have been very satisfied with Orkins services. I especially like Jerry the person who has serviced my home. It has been because of him I chose to stay with your services when asked by other companies to use their services.
Couldn't kill a tiny bug on my own, couldn't even identify what it was. Michael came and informed me they are springtails; and they're resilient to chemicals. Sprayed basement for standard bugs, and laid out glue boards to collect the springtails. Gave me pointers to follow to reduce the problem-basically remove all moisture, thay love moisture.
The employee that came to eradicate a couple of yellowjacket nests around my house was on time and friendly. After spraying the nest at the tallest peak of my ranch level home he brought an extension tool and knocked it down to the concrete patio. I didn’t realize until after he left that he did not clean up the…
Representative was on time, we spent some good time talking about the issues, including a walk around. Very thorough in the treatment,
John was on time, very knowledgeable, very thorough. I'm glad I called Orkin!
Tech was super friendly and took care of our 6 wasp problem efficiently. Very glad we called Orkin.
Need to know what the tech found. Number of mice in the garage or in the side & backyard?
Always a pleasure to work with Orkin. All of the technicians are kind and professional.
Always call when they get there and ask for any additional things needing addressed. Never had a bad experience with any of the techs sent out. Excellent service that works!
Great communicant on time.
Great Service & follow up - Orkin was professional throughout. Our Tech (Richard) did a real good job explaining what he was going to do - what follow up visits would be done - covered all bases. Richard was polite, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional while at our home. The price paid for a YEARLY…

Will was very respectful and quick to take care of our needs.
I've been using Orkin, now into my fourth year. Like my previous reviews, they continue to be professional and responsive to my concerns, and the results have been positive and consistent. Always addressing any concerns quickly, and I continue to Highly recommend.
I chose Orkin 2 years ago when we moved to our new home, and I'm glad because I've had peace of mind ever since. They have been reliable, attentive, friendly, and helpful. When you call them, all of their agents are fantastic and find a way to help you. They come every other month, but if something comes up or we…
Casey is amazing! He’s been servicing my residence for some time and is always thorough and on time. He even remembers my dog’s name. Orkin professionals are second to none!
John was very professional, inspected the house and set traps to catch the mice. He filled entry points with a foam product to prevent mice from entering.
Omar Sanchez was professional, polite and definitely knew what he was doing. He took the time needed to eliminate the wasps and knock down the wasp nest under the eaves that was too high for me to reach. Omar followed up with me a week later to see how things were going. I highly recommend this company.
Orkin tech was very friendly and professional. I look forward to working with him again.

The Orkin technician, Carl, is very polite, professional, and diligent in treating our home for pests. I had a problem yesterday with wasps that arose suddenly and he was here to remove the problem. As always Paul does a great job. Asks how last service was and asks if there is anything new or he needs to look at for us.

They were thorough & went above & beyond my expectations!
They were on time and extremely pleasant. Both techs went above and beyond to make sure all my concerns were addressed.
Knocked it out of the park. We had a yellow jacket infestation in the wall of our garage. They were able to get us scheduled quickly and the tech was courteous and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the yellow jackets were tenacious and broke through the first seal Christopher applied. No worries, because Orkin stood by…

The phone experience alone was informative and helpful. The technicians that came out were on time, personable but also very efficient. They are worth the price for the peace of mind.
The Orkin tech called to say he’d be at my home in 10-15 min and was early. The company communicated the entire time I was waiting with text reminders - they were good to their word. The tech was friendly and professional, did a thorough job of removing the wasps (I had 11 hives) and let me know when he was done. He…

Always awesome
This is an update to a previously positive review. Where has customer service gone? I asked to have a regularly scheduled visit (I am on a monthly program) by the same technician! The visits are scheduled “by a computer”. And are NOT synchronized, so you never know when they are coming until you get an email … hi we…
Very polite, courteous and friendly
For now, Tyler was here to perform the duties. He was thorough also, personable and explained the applications to me. Hopefully, Orkin will find someone to cover the large area for this route. Can’t find anything negative to say. Our Orkin Team is amazing. The main guy that comes every month remembers us by name and is beyond professional and always on time. With all this rain we had we needed an extra trip out this month and it was super easy to schedule. Best part; no bugs.

Had used the service for some time, but decided I didn’t need it anymore. So I called and cancelled and now I’m getting harassed by corporate, the local office manager called, and a tech showed up to the house unannounced demanding traps back! Some of the traps I had already and had been replaced by Orkin. Really…

The tech. Kaiden, was on time, and very courteous. Very helpful in explaining what he was planning to do and made suggestions for follow-up treatments for the wasps and for other pests as well. He also explained plan options for future treatments.
I have mostly experienced great results with Orkin. Jerry was here today and extremely thorough and helped me get rid of 2 wasp nests and he found a black widow spider!! Carl, my other regular serviceman was awesome too. I would like him to come back.
The Orkin technician was on time and even texted prior to his arrival. He was thorough at examining our home and explained what he was doing. He answered all of our questions and told us what we could expect with subsequent visits. We were very satisfied and anticipate great results.

I usually have to change appointment because I work Monday through Friday and they are good in accommodating my needs
Huge nest under a platform that we were not able to access. Carl came with his wasp busters equipment and took the nest out. Amazing!
You didn't do inside the house today, 9-25-2021, for some reason. We hope that you will do so next time.
Patrick was very orofessional, asked appropriate questions regarding any problems we may have and took care of all of it.
Very good service. I knew exactly when Orkin was going to show up and I was kept up to speed on the whole process and what they did to remedy my wasp problem. Ken, who handled everything, was excellent.
Calling and setting up an appointment was very easy and the services were fully walked through over the phone with an explanation of future expectation.
