Will came out and was very nice and did a thorough inspection throughout the entire home!
John was a great provider he knew exactly what type of care my home needed leaving me at ease knowing my issues are taken care of. I recommend his service to anyone that needs it.
Need to know what the tech found. Number of mice in the garage or in the side & backyard?
Always a pleasure to work with Orkin. All of the technicians are kind and professional.
Great communicant on time.
Isaac was great!!
Good service.
Excellent job on my attic and they were very polite. Also enjoyed talking with them and very honest when asked about additional services.
Tech, Omar, was very professional, knowledgeable , and explained every step of his procedures .
We had temporarily gone with another provider who offered us a “better deal”. Horrible idea. We had a rodent problem and the other company wouldn’t take my call because my husband was the “primary” on our account. Meanwhile mice mating like mad in the basement and garage. We called Orkin and they were here…
I would give zero stars if it was an option. Called Orkin to help with a mouse problem. They visited the home multiple times, and did not help with the problem. The first trip they did an incomplete inspection of the home and put down mouse traps. I continued to have mice problems, and it wasn't until the third…
I've been using Orkin, now into my fourth year. Like my previous reviews, they continue to be professional and responsive to my concerns, and the results have been positive and consistent. Always addressing any concerns quickly, and I continue to Highly recommend.
Bruce is incredibly passionate and knowledgeable. Everytime he comes to support our store, he shares a significant amount of information so that we can better understand why solutions work & he provides enough easy-to-understand detail that we can communicate it to our peers effectively. I appreciate him alot.
They carefully listen to extermination needs.
Great service. Came the same day!!!! Put my mind at ease that the problem will be taken care of. I do not want my family to get sick.
Services were professional and prompt. Technician was informative and identified potential entry of mice. Will return in one week for follow up and additional treatment.
John is the best whether it’s for mice, spiders, or mosquitoes.

I chose Orkin 2 years ago when we moved to our new home, and I'm glad because I've had peace of mind ever since. They have been reliable, attentive, friendly, and helpful. When you call them, all of their agents are fantastic and find a way to help you. They come every other month, but if something comes up or we…
Amazing customer service thank you John
What I love most: no surprises. They did everything they said they would, when they said they would do it. Everyone was super nice and very professional. I’m 100% happy right now.
Casey is amazing! He’s been servicing my residence for some time and is always thorough and on time. He even remembers my dog’s name. Orkin professionals are second to none!
Orkin has been a terrific company to deal with the last couple of years - all of their techs are hard working, very knowledgeable and very customer friendly (We have had John Michael this last year and he has been fantastic to deal with on each and every service call!) The service tech did not close my new Anderson screen door tightly, as no one else was there, since the door worked properly except Orkin to the very best of my knowledge. I am the sole owner and no one else uses this home without my permission. The wind caught the door because it was not securely closed and…

Will showed up early and was pleasant and efficient. We now have bait boxes throughout our yards to eliminate voles who have burrows destroying our lawn. The wasps areas have treated and hopefully will disappear.

Our Orkin representative has done a great job
Always awesome
This is an update to a previously positive review. Where has customer service gone? I asked to have a regularly scheduled visit (I am on a monthly program) by the same technician! The visits are scheduled “by a computer”. And are NOT synchronized, so you never know when they are coming until you get an email … hi we…
Very polite, courteous and friendly
Very professional and friendly service. Was on time and did a great job.
Always very thorough patient In explaining the situation.
Can’t find anything negative to say. Our Orkin Team is amazing. The main guy that comes every month remembers us by name and is beyond professional and always on time. With all this rain we had we needed an extra trip out this month and it was super easy to schedule. Best part; no bugs.

Had used the service for some time, but decided I didn’t need it anymore. So I called and cancelled and now I’m getting harassed by corporate, the local office manager called, and a tech showed up to the house unannounced demanding traps back! Some of the traps I had already and had been replaced by Orkin. Really…

Unfortunately one of the main issues was dead mouse smell. This could not be helped for me through Orkin.
Carl was very nice and went through each of our rooms - upstairs and downstairs. He also went around the perimeter of our home :) He set traps and rebated everything. Thank you.
I have mostly experienced great results with Orkin. Jerry was here today and extremely thorough and helped me get rid of 2 wasp nests and he found a black widow spider!! Carl, my other regular serviceman was awesome too. I would like him to come back.

This office was incredibly helpful and went out of their way to fit us in before the holidays. Would recommend to others!
I usually have to change appointment because I work Monday through Friday and they are good in accommodating my needs
Orkin managed to get here 2 hours earlier than my appt, they were very knowledgeable, had a lot of information, and were very respectful of my choices. I'm glad to use them!
Technician said he would tell us what he did, before he left. He did not.
You didn't do inside the house today, 9-25-2021, for some reason. We hope that you will do so next time.
I have Orkin come once a quarter to spray my basement, garage, and around the outside of the house for spiders and crickets. After a new housing development went in nearby I started having them out mouse traps out too since my cat found one. I appreciate that they listen to what I say has been a problem lately and…
Carl from orkin provided solid servicing of our cabin
Inspector was very thorough
Chad was Personable. Informative
Service was just performed 30 minutes ago so too soon to know it's effectiveness so couldn't rate quality. Would be a 5 star if it works. Rep was very nice, knowledgeable and professional. If it gets rid of the mice it's terrific, that's the real measure.
Reuben was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing all the way through. They were able to come the day after I called. I believe Reuben enjoys his work and is very good at what he does. I will update as our service continues! Good 1st impression.

Michael was the gentleman that came out to my home that we had just bought. We put our traps down and just weren't able to catch the mice that have been living there since before we bought the home. We definitely didn't know they were there, ugh. When Michael came out he made sure that I understood it was an…

The gentleman that comes to our house is so polite and always makes sure that he is thorough!
Service technician is fantastic. Still question the pricing and whether it’s worth the result, however.
