Orkin

I’ve used Orkin’s regular service for years and have found them invaluable due summer months when the ants invade. They’re always great at dealing with whatever new pest control problems pop up.

Good follow through and efficient.

Since I started using Orkin for a pest control service, we enjoy dramatic reduction in all uninvited creatures: ants, spiders, silverfish, termites, etc. Good job!

Very professional and friendly. Listened to our concerns and knew exactly what we need it and took care of it. Very happy with the service.

Superior Techician

Been with Orkin for a few years now and been very happy with their service and our rep Errol is perfect.

This Orkin team is one of the most courteous and professional home services I've ever worked with. Always on time, they handle their responsibility with great detail and are informative in helping me understand any issues that are occurring on my property, such as wasps nests, beehives, ants in areas they hadn't… Read full review

I switched to another pest control for a while. Big mistake so yesterday I went back to ORKIN. Fine young man, actually listened to my current problem (ant invasion), explained everything in plain English. Today, not one pesky ant made an appearance. Excellent in every respect!

Service was well performed. Appreciate providing monitoring boards for in between service times.

Joshua Santiago was our guy. Excellent. Knew the system of what he was doing, and was kind, and maintained my dignity despite my disgusting and filthy home. We are housing 4 adults and 1 teen - and apparently a lot of ghost-like spectres leaving crumbs and dishes in my kitchen. Appreciate his tact!

Daniel provided excellent service and was very knowledgeable.

Monthly spray for mainly mosquitoes and spiders. Hoping it will reduce the bites!

Danny is great - attentive and courteous!

Orkin is great! Technicians are super friendly and professional. It seems like everytime they come I have something different for them to spray for, and they're always prepared and doesn't cost extra. A bit pricey, but they keep everything out of my house!

Horrible; liars, unethical and shady salesmen

Joshua was so professional, thoroughly inspecting/treating the interior and exterior of my home. He educated me on the seasonal cycles of spiders and ants…very interesting for future reference. The best pest control service ever! Thank you Joshua.

Josh was very helpful explaining everything that he does and product he uses

Orkin keeps my house pest free. Service is always on time and professional. Highly recommend.

I’m happy that I chose orkin

Professional and effective service for the price!

Jeff the technician is great, lets you know when he is on the way. His work is very thorough, has a great personality, always communicates well. Orkin is the best company I have used, I highly recommend them.

Loyal customers for years. Great customer service! Any little concerns are always met with solutions!

Great job, very personalized service!

I have been using their service for several years with generally good results. But, today’s technician didn’t replace the rat baits, didn’t want to do the usual perimeter spray (saying that the office didn’t tell him to do it ) and when I asked him to do it he only did the front of the house.. He spent a grand 5 minutes at the property.

Very professional, responsive and reliable

I use them goes quarterly termite treatment. I called them to remove 6 big wasp nests. They're so responsive and professional.

Thank you so much!

Danny from Orkin came and was so cool!

We’ve used Orkin for years and this location’s team is engaged, courteous, professional, and great to work with. Every time they come out it’s a testament to what good customer service should be.

Service rep was very helpful & did everything to treat the ant problem in my house.

Bad experience starting from calling the call center to getting transfer to one of the branches. 1st off my appointment was canceled by mistake by them, 2nd the call center gave me one price and branch another. This has to be the worse service ever. The technician was trying to help me the issue good for him nice… Read full review

He sprayed and got rid of the hornet’s nest. He sprayed spiders and ants. He did a good job. He was very personable. Hi

These guys are terrific! They had a competitive price, so polite and helpful in booking the appointment (with only 2 days notice), showed up on time, and were polite to my tenants. I will use them again ;and again)!

On time and do the job.

A new guy came today ,was super fast and in hurry . Please send Danny to our property next time . Danny is very thorough and takes his time and effort to spray every corner around the house .

We have been with the company for approximately 5 years after we experienced a major ant issue. Since then ants have not been a major concern for us, although they still are for surrounding neighbors. Definitely worth the quarterly visit. We have been pleased that we always have the same person, who is on-time,… Read full review

We use Orkin quarterly, they are fantastic! Always professional. Love that they knock down the cob webs and spiderwebs each time.

The techs are always personable and neat and clean. They take extra care of the property as well.

On site service is adequate. Billing is horrendous, strongly suggest to not use auto-bill, been overcharged on multiple occasions, been promised reconciliation but never got credited.

Orkin rep arrived on time, explained service, and performed service. Explained following treatments, told us what to do, and left us satisfied with our choice of Orkin.

Our technician Oscar is always professional, kind and respectful. He listens and addresses other issues that he comes across not like other company I used in the past. I am most grateful for him taking care of our spider problems.

Our technician Jessie is the best! His professionalism is outstanding!

The Tech. was knowledgeable, friendly, and I felt, and feel, very confident our ant issue will be taken care of. Very grateful.

Great service. Our tech Joe Guerrero explained everything he was going to do and answered all my questions. He was quick an efficient. He also followed up with a phone call a couple days later. Very glad we went with Orkin!

Jeff was on time, friendly, and efficient.

Marcos was our orkin tech and he was super professional, communicated with me ahead of time via text (even on Sunday) and worked with me and my challenging property. Between all our pets and kids he was able to get the job done and very flexible to our family requests. He is the reason why we choose to stay with orkin. Great job guys. Thanks again

Great service. Very well organized easy to schedule. Professional and friendly

Technician knew what he needed to do and did it. He advised what he did on the service ticket.

Great experience, have not see ants all year. I had a lot and it was difficult and their services throughout 2021 have made our house great.

Great attention to what was needed in my yard.

Our Orkin man that comes to our house is always very friendly. His follow-up is great as well.

I haven't seen one ant since they were here. Good job, Joe was good and professional and did a thorough job. Thank you so much My wife is so happy now.

They were very thorough and knew their stuff

Highly recommend Orkin

Don’t make the mistake we made and don’t sign contract with them. The person who came from Orkin was very irresponsible. We asked him to spray few corners in rooms or kitchen, and every time he looked like an arrogant guy who just wants to get rid of us and said “ I’m doing this for 15 years so I know what to do”.… Read full review

I was lucky enough to have Michael Lazarus come out to my house. He took a lot of time with me explained about the ant problem and how to solve the problem as well as with other probable pests. Fast service and professional. Pleasant service person.

Today is the initial visit. The guy that came out is friendly and professional. He said that someone will come back out next week for a follow up visit to make sure that I am satisfied with the treatment that he performed outside the house today.

The service is timely and effective!! I would recommend.

Ants invading kitchen

Felipe was very professional and was prompt handling our situation with pest.

Jesse is a great technician who is informative and efficient. He is a pleasure to work with

Very knowledgeable regarding the type of roach we had… gave a brief description of roach behavior, where they enter, what they are looking for, and what the treatment would entail. Michael inspected, sprayed, and set traps in the common entry areas. He also explained the process of killing the roaches with the bait traps he set.

I’ve been with with Orkin for a year this month. They started off with different service Techs the first couple of services which was ok. Once they gave me Marcos for my regular service things were great. He is the best and super helpful. I was going to cancel prior to them giving me Marcos because I didn’t feel… Read full review

The service gentleman has always kept me informed of arrival time and potential problems. He is thorough and efficient.

Erril was very knowledgeable and professional with our first pest control experience and we are happy to continue using Orkin in the future.

The tech arrived earlier than the window time. He inspected the perimeter and interior based on my feedback and goals with Orkin. I have used Orkin in the past and they are just as attentive and thorough as they were in the past.

Very professional and helpful! Very polite.

Our technician was AMAZING. So thorough, communicative and really awesome to my kids and dog.

Manny does a great job and takes time to explain options.

I like it that I can communicate with my technician before he comes, and I’m able to give specific instructions if necessary

We use ORKIN for termite and pest control. The seasonal ant and flea issues on our property and in our house are no longer a problem since we began our ORKIN relationship. As far as we know, our termite issues are also under control; time will tell.

Absolutely wonderful. From my first phone call with the operator to the actual appointment, it was just as good (if not better) than all these glowing reviews. No, there is no discount for a good review, they are just that friendly and good. I had another company out and they were awful from start to finish. Had to… Read full review

Great job always timely and helpful . Always listens to concerns on visits and treats areas pointed out. Always friendly and knowledgeable.

We had to reschedule a couple of times and your representative stayed in touch with me each days until we had a date that was food for each of us.

I have used this fine company for approximately six years and have never had a reinfestation of insects in all that time.

This is a quality company with knowledgeable workers. I highly recommend them.
