I’ve used Orkin’s regular service for years and have found them invaluable due summer months when the ants invade. They’re always great at dealing with whatever new pest control problems pop up.

Been with Orkin for a few years now and been very happy with their service and our rep Errol is perfect.

Service was quick and professional.

We have them in contract...they are always punctual, always thorough, always responsive. Their tech, Orville Borden, is super knowledgeable and always friendly. He explains every in and out of the business and provides preventative measures.

Sonny was great to work with. He was very friendly and explained what he was doing. He also gave some preventative tips. Altogether had a great experience.

I switched to another pest control for a while. Big mistake so yesterday I went back to ORKIN. Fine young man, actually listened to my current problem (ant invasion), explained everything in plain English. Today, not one pesky ant made an appearance. Excellent in every respect!

Joshua Santiago was our guy. Excellent. Knew the system of what he was doing, and was kind, and maintained my dignity despite my disgusting and filthy home. We are housing 4 adults and 1 teen - and apparently a lot of ghost-like spectres leaving crumbs and dishes in my kitchen. Appreciate his tact!

Daniel provided excellent service and was very knowledgeable.

Monthly spray for mainly mosquitoes and spiders. Hoping it will reduce the bites!

Orkin is great! Technicians are super friendly and professional. It seems like everytime they come I have something different for them to spray for, and they're always prepared and doesn't cost extra. A bit pricey, but they keep everything out of my house!

Great job, very personalized service!

I have been using their service for several years with generally good results. But, today’s technician didn’t replace the rat baits, didn’t want to do the usual perimeter spray (saying that the office didn’t tell him to do it ) and when I asked him to do it he only did the front of the house.. He spent a grand 5 minutes at the property.

I use them goes quarterly termite treatment. I called them to remove 6 big wasp nests. They're so responsive and professional.

Service rep was very helpful & did everything to treat the ant problem in my house.

Bad experience starting from calling the call center to getting transfer to one of the branches. 1st off my appointment was canceled by mistake by them, 2nd the call center gave me one price and branch another. We use Orkin quarterly, they are fantastic! Always professional. Love that they knock down the cob webs and spiderwebs each time.

The techs are always personable and neat and clean. They take extra care of the property as well.

On site service is adequate. Billing is horrendous, strongly suggest to not use auto-bill, been overcharged on multiple occasions, been promised reconciliation but never got credited.

Thomas, the Orkin technician arrived and provided a thorough inspection and treated the appropriate areas very timely and efficiently. His demeanor was very professional and knowledgeable.

Very knowledgeable regarding the type of roach we had… gave a brief description of roach behavior, where they enter, what they are looking for, and what the treatment would entail. Michael inspected, sprayed, and set traps in the common entry areas. He also explained the process of killing the roaches with the bait traps he set.

We use ORKIN for termite and pest control. The seasonal ant and flea issues on our property and in our house are no longer a problem since we began our ORKIN relationship. As far as we know, our termite issues are also under control; time will tell.

I have seen activity of tiny ants in my kitchen, so in addition to my monthly pest control service, I asked Bob, the service technician, to treat them. He was super helpful not only treating the issue but explaining to me the reason why they exist and the process to get rid of them. Thank you Bob & thank you Orkin!

The technicians used to explain what kind of chemicals they were using and their purposes ( before the previous company that we used to use being taken over by Orkins). We have a dog and prefer to use non-toxic products though.
