I had a good experience using Orkin. I called somewhat desperately one morning after finding a couple cockroaches inside our house. They signed me up for what I felt was a very reasonable price and were able to send a technician that afternoon! Our technician Sonny was super friendly and answered all of our…
I don’t recall the name of the man that came but he was great! Super sweet and helpful. Great experience!
The best!
Always professional and competent.
Great communication and professionalism
Service is professional and prompt. Very thorough and friendly.
This Orkin team is one of the most courteous and professional home services I've ever worked with. Always on time, they handle their responsibility with great detail and are informative in helping me understand any issues that are occurring on my property, such as wasps nests, beehives, ants in areas they hadn't…
Monthly spray for mainly mosquitoes and spiders. Hoping it will reduce the bites!
Did normal service. The person was very friendly. He did a great job.
Have been using this service over 20 years. We are totally satisfied with the service and staff they employ.
Justin M. was on time, friendly, professional and took time to explain his process, chemicals, and what to expect in the future. I’ve only had the initial treatment done but am highly satisfied.
I have had the same exterminator for all my appointments and he has always been really good at his job very hard working and I appreciate knowing it’s done right He is a very kind man and goes the extra mile for you
Our Orkin man was great. He did the job and was super nice and helpful.
Doug was early, friendly, very polite and seemed very thorough. Hoping for a great result!
Brandon T. out of Costa Mesa is top notch! Very knowledgeable and efficient. Found and removed black and brown widow spider nests we didn't even know we had. Also found unfinished portions of bathroom cabinets that allowed silverfish to enter home. Would highly recommend!
Always in time and I see the results dead in the walk ways!
Orkin service is great. Technician. Josh, is friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
They completed everything satisfactory
Great job, very personalized service!
excellent
We’ve used Orkin for years and this location’s team is engaged, courteous, professional, and great to work with. Every time they come out it’s a testament to what good customer service should be.
Excellent service, very happy
Bad experience starting from calling the call center to getting transfer to one of the branches. 1st off my appointment was canceled by mistake by them, 2nd the call center gave me one price and branch another. This has to be the worse service ever. The technician was trying to help me the issue good for him nice…
Our Customer Service Rep was Debbie, which was very professional and lovely to speak to. My mother and I appreciated Debbie explaining what my mother’s services would be in detail. Michael our technician was very professional and nice as well. Michael took his time and spoke to my mom and explained in detail what he…
Orkin exterminated the roach problem that I had, amazing service. Thanks.
Danny was very thorough and listened to my concerns. He knows my yard well now and completed all tasks well to combat our issues. Thanks
The Technician was polite and very thorough. He did inside outside and inside my sheds. Very pleased with the service
Our technician Oscar is always professional, kind and respectful. He listens and addresses other issues that he comes across not like other company I used in the past. I am most grateful for him taking care of our spider problems.
Excellent service. Brian is very friendly and thorough.
I have only been using Orkin for a few months but I love their customer service and they take their time to explain what the steps are. I saw a huge difference with just one treatment. The monthly service outside the home is well worth it to maintain a bug free home. I highly recommend Orkin.
We are new tenants who discovered roaches in the condo we are leasing. Called Orkin from a recommendation found on the Nextdoor app. They got someone out the next morning to spray. What the salesperson on the phone told us differed from what the technician told us, so we will see if the service is successful! Very…
Great service. Very well organized easy to schedule. Professional and friendly
I have the best technician Mitchell.
Our Orkin man that comes to our house is always very friendly. His follow-up is great as well.

Orkin technician Michael Lazarus was very professional, on time and thorough. He explained the process which gave us peace of mind that our pest problem would be solved. Would highly recommend him and Orkin to my friends and family.
Jesse is a great technician who is informative and efficient. He is a pleasure to work with
Good quality service, always friendly diligent technicians that go above and beyond to make sure I'm happy. If you see activity after a recent service they will come back and re-treat for you.
Very knowledgeable regarding the type of roach we had… gave a brief description of roach behavior, where they enter, what they are looking for, and what the treatment would entail. Michael inspected, sprayed, and set traps in the common entry areas. He also explained the process of killing the roaches with the bait traps he set.
Mike was friendly and informative.
The service gentleman has always kept me informed of arrival time and potential problems. He is thorough and efficient.
Very professional and helpful! Very polite.
Our technician was AMAZING. So thorough, communicative and really awesome to my kids and dog.
I like it that I can communicate with my technician before he comes, and I’m able to give specific instructions if necessary
I appreciate Orkin Technician's attentive servicing my property and providing confident treatment.
Manny was knowledgeable and efficient but also very personable. He did a great job!
Absolutely wonderful. From my first phone call with the operator to the actual appointment, it was just as good (if not better) than all these glowing reviews. No, there is no discount for a good review, they are just that friendly and good. I had another company out and they were awful from start to finish. Had to…
We had to reschedule a couple of times and your representative stayed in touch with me each days until we had a date that was food for each of us.
This is a quality company with knowledgeable workers. I highly recommend them.
Brian did an excellent job. We are extremely happy with the service we receive.
Always friends techs that provide feedback

I have been a regular customer of Orkin for several years and I have never had any issues. My appointments are made automatically and I am sent an email with the info. If I need to reschedule, the receptionist is always pleasant and does what she can to find an date and time that works for me. Jesus always calls to…
Jesus was very friendly, helpful, and professional.
The Orkin guy, Brian Soriano, was easy to communicate with, respectful, and all around awesome. I was stressed out when I found a cockroach in my home with a baby on the way, but Brian’s great service put me totally at ease. No weird upsells or anything just a straightforward assessment of the problem and a solution-oriented approach. Thanks Brian!
Our rep was very thorough, very pleasant and did a great job 👏 5 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟🤩
My tech is amazing. Always on time and takes time to answer my questions and points out to me areas that may require additional focus based on the season. He also helps me to be prepared for what to expect when the season changes and how Orkin will treat my property.
Oscar is the new man he was great and so was Eric before him. I had two others beforw, all in a year. I would like to have continuity.
On time, courteous, and efficient.
Bi monthly service
Fantastic Sydney was super nice, professional, safe. He wore a mask the whole time he was here. He talked to me and showed me possible entry points in my house and how to fix them. He took care of the few dead wasp nests in the backyard, and made note for when it gets warmer to look out for them, because we get…
We’ve been using Orkin since 1998! We are always pleased!
Efficient, no more household bugs!!
Orkin has always been professional and responsive. I never had the “bug issues” my neighbors did. Some of them eventually changed to Orkin.
Had a great experience up until my technician stopped working for Orkin and they changed techs on me. Got a call from someone about the change then never was able to reach him. Got assigned a third person and they would show up, ring doorbell and leave so I kept getting unable to service text messages when I only…
Our technician is very friendly and communicates clearly with us. He always notifies us if there is a change in our scheduled time and will always ask if we have any issues that need to be addressed prior to performing his service.
I've been using Orkin since I moved in 5 years ago and saw a rat in the spare bedroom. Joe has been our service technician for the entirety and he always goes above and beyond to make sure our home is protected. Our home backs up onto an alley that serves as a pest highway through the neighborhood, but Joe has…
Erril was on time, followed COVID-19 procedures, was friendly, informative, and provided usable suggestions.
