Always professional and competent.
Service is professional and prompt. Very thorough and friendly.
Danny Yin came for our routine service. He called to confirm everything was okay & asked if I was having any problems or concerns that he could take care of. I appreciate his help, follow up & concern for our property. He is so knowledgeable about current pests & problems in the area, like mosquitoes, & what we could do to help prevent being eaten alive!
Monthly spray for mainly mosquitoes and spiders. Hoping it will reduce the bites!
These guys are great. So friendly, polite, trustworthy, you can leave your key for them to lock up.
Always good
Great job, very personalized service!
Manny Quintanna has always performed in an excellent manner pin keeping our home pest free.
I use them goes quarterly termite treatment. I called them to remove 6 big wasp nests. They're so responsive and professional.
Very much liked the gentleman who helped us. Super nice and knowledgeable. Represented the company in a positive way. I had not used Orkin before.
Bad experience starting from calling the call center to getting transfer to one of the branches. 1st off my appointment was canceled by mistake by them, 2nd the call center gave me one price and branch another. This has to be the worse service ever. The technician was trying to help me the issue good for him nice…
Technician are always nice and knowledgeable.
The techs are always personable and neat and clean. They take extra care of the property as well.
Our technician Oscar is always professional, kind and respectful. He listens and addresses other issues that he comes across not like other company I used in the past. I am most grateful for him taking care of our spider problems.
I have only been using Orkin for a few months but I love their customer service and they take their time to explain what the steps are. I saw a huge difference with just one treatment. The monthly service outside the home is well worth it to maintain a bug free home. I highly recommend Orkin.
Great service. Our tech Joe Guerrero explained everything he was going to do and answered all my questions. He was quick an efficient. He also followed up with a phone call a couple days later. Very glad we went with Orkin!
Jeff was on time, friendly, and efficient.
Marcos was our orkin tech and he was super professional, communicated with me ahead of time via text (even on Sunday) and worked with me and my challenging property. Between all our pets and kids he was able to get the job done and very flexible to our family requests. He is the reason why we choose to stay with orkin. Great job guys. Thanks again
Great experience, have not see ants all year. I had a lot and it was difficult and their services throughout 2021 have made our house great.
Don’t make the mistake we made and don’t sign contract with them. The person who came from Orkin was very irresponsible. We asked him to spray few corners in rooms or kitchen, and every time he looked like an arrogant guy who just wants to get rid of us and said “ I’m doing this for 15 years so I know what to do”.…
The orkin man that came to spray my house was incredibly helpful and informative and very tentative to my animals and their needs , I can’t say enough good things about the service! Extremely helpful
Mike was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained his protocol, and got the job done promptly and efficiently. Will definitely continue to use Orkin’s services.
OMG, snails and slugs reduced by 75% THANK YOU!
Excellent technician with detailed knowledge of products and services provided.
I was lucky enough to have Michael Lazarus come out to my house. He took a lot of time with me explained about the ant problem and how to solve the problem as well as with other probable pests. He also treated on the same visit. He had a very good sense of humor and a calming demeanor and I felt very confident when…
Thomas, the Orkin technician arrived and provided a thorough inspection and treated the appropriate areas very timely and efficiently. His demeanor was very professional and knowledgeable.
The service is timely and effective!! I would recommend.
Great detailed Service!
The service gentleman has always kept me informed of arrival time and potential problems. He is thorough and efficient.
Very professional and helpful! Very polite.
We use ORKIN for termite and pest control. The seasonal ant and flea issues on our property and in our house are no longer a problem since we began our ORKIN relationship. As far as we know, our termite issues are also under control; time will tell.
Absolutely wonderful. From my first phone call with the operator to the actual appointment, it was just as good (if not better) than all these glowing reviews. No, there is no discount for a good review, they are just that friendly and good. I had another company out and they were awful from start to finish. Had to…
We had to reschedule a couple of times and your representative stayed in touch with me each days until we had a date that was food for each of us.
Our agent was very professional and knowledgeable!
They are thorough, helpful and diligent. Our problem seemed to be an anomaly- that didn’t deter them, one bit. I highly recommend this team.
Always friends techs that provide feedback
I have been a regular customer of Orkin for several years and I have never had any issues. My appointments are made automatically and I am sent an email with the info. If I need to reschedule, the receptionist is always pleasant and does what she can to find an date and time that works for me. Jesus always calls to…
My tech is amazing. Always on time and takes time to answer my questions and points out to me areas that may require additional focus based on the season. He also helps me to be prepared for what to expect when the season changes and how Orkin will treat my property.
On time, courteous, and efficient.
Efficient, no more household bugs!!
Orkin has always been professional and responsive. I never had the “bug issues” my neighbors did. Some of them eventually changed to Orkin.
Orkin does a great in forewarning you of their regular maintenance visits, allowing the customer to have their property prepared or to pre-request a particular treatment. Josh is always prompt, friendly and thorough. Josh also makes himself available through text messages should you need a particular special…
Erril was on time, followed COVID-19 procedures, was friendly, informative, and provided usable suggestions.
