Orkin

Orville does an amazing job, listens to my concerns, and helps to resolve problems even when I have to call several times during bug season!

I’ve used Orkin’s regular service for years and have found them invaluable due summer months when the ants invade. They’re always great at dealing with whatever new pest control problems pop up.

Since I started using Orkin for a pest control service, we enjoy dramatic reduction in all uninvited creatures: ants, spiders, silverfish, termites, etc. Good job!

Work was completed quickly and effectively, and with a smile! No bugs here!

Good company

Mike was so professional and explained his services perfectly! I wish I could give him 10 stars!!

I switched to another pest control for a while. Big mistake so yesterday I went back to ORKIN. Fine young man, actually listened to my current problem (ant invasion), explained everything in plain English. Today, not one pesky ant made an appearance. Excellent in every respect!

Service was well performed. Appreciate providing monitoring boards for in between service times.

Called for new service and had same day visit. Professional & friendly. All good!

Danny Yin came for our routine service. He called to confirm everything was okay & asked if I was having any problems or concerns that he could take care of. I appreciate his help, follow up & concern for our property. He is so knowledgeable about current pests & problems in the area, like mosquitoes, & what we could do to help prevent being eaten alive!

Danny is great. Super communicative and willing to help us solve our pest problems

Daniel has been our tech for a while now, and he is WONDERFUL. Really pays attention to concerns, and spends the time to address them. He does a great job.

I asked them to not use granules in my lawn, they responded immediately and professionally. That’s good customer service

Brandon T. out of Costa Mesa is top notch! Very knowledgeable and efficient. Found and removed black and brown widow spider nests we didn't even know we had. Also found unfinished portions of bathroom cabinets that allowed silverfish to enter home. Would highly recommend!

Sonny is a very friendly/helpful person.

Professional and effective service for the price!

We have no bugs!

Jeff the technician is great, lets you know when he is on the way. His work is very thorough, has a great personality, always communicates well. Orkin is the best company I have used, I highly recommend them.

They are an hour late for general pest. I spent 20k on termite extermination and still have termites. Spent another $6800 for attic cleaning and new insulation, only to have them blow in refuse with airborne borate. The attic is now unusable. No trades will go in the attic to service HVAC or electrical. The space is… Read full review

excellent

Felipe Jimenez is my technical person and he does a great job. I’m very happy with the service

Excellent service because Dan is my service man. He’s the best

We are very happy with the service.

The worker was very friendly and responsive

I have been using their service for several years with generally good results. But, today’s technician didn’t replace the rat baits, didn’t want to do the usual perimeter spray (saying that the office didn’t tell him to do it ) and when I asked him to do it he only did the front of the house.. He spent a grand 5 minutes at the property.

I use them goes quarterly termite treatment. I called them to remove 6 big wasp nests. They're so responsive and professional.

We’ve used Orkin for years and this location’s team is engaged, courteous, professional, and great to work with. Every time they come out it’s a testament to what good customer service should be.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The person that came today I have requested numerous times for someone new. After having continuous problems months after months I will be getting a new provider. He was terrible.

The technician Danny was very informative and did a great job. Hopefully the pests will decrease and see the results shortly.

The technician was knowledgeable and informative about the mosquito problem in this area. Respectful of my property.

He sprayed and got rid of the hornet’s nest. He sprayed spiders and ants. He did a good job. He was very personable. Hi

Professional and well done service!

When we first moved to CA from WA we had those big brown cockroaches, the next year the ants. We have a big fat cat so needed pet friendly products. Have been using Ecoshield/Orkin the last 5 years. Consistently have had the same friendly guy servicing. We do get bugs of course, but not out of control. It works so we keep it going with it. Would recommend.

We have been with the company for approximately 5 years after we experienced a major ant issue. Since then ants have not been a major concern for us, although they still are for surrounding neighbors. Definitely worth the quarterly visit. We have been pleased that we always have the same person, who is on-time,… Read full review
