Orkin

Orville does an amazing job, listens to my concerns, and helps to resolve problems even when I have to call several times during bug season!

I’ve used Orkin’s regular service for years and have found them invaluable due summer months when the ants invade. They’re always great at dealing with whatever new pest control problems pop up.

Since I started using Orkin for a pest control service, we enjoy dramatic reduction in all uninvited creatures: ants, spiders, silverfish, termites, etc. Good job!

Work was completed quickly and effectively, and with a smile! No bugs here!

Mike was so professional and explained his services perfectly! I wish I could give him 10 stars!!

I switched to another pest control for a while. Big mistake so yesterday I went back to ORKIN. Fine young man, actually listened to my current problem (ant invasion), explained everything in plain English. Today, not one pesky ant made an appearance. Excellent in every respect!

Service was well performed. Appreciate providing monitoring boards for in between service times.

Called for new service and had same day visit. Professional & friendly. All good!

Danny Yin came for our routine service. He called to confirm everything was okay & asked if I was having any problems or concerns that he could take care of. I appreciate his help, follow up & concern for our property. He is so knowledgeable about current pests & problems in the area, like mosquitoes, & what we could do to help prevent being eaten alive!

Danny is great. Super communicative and willing to help us solve our pest problems

Daniel has been our tech for a while now, and he is WONDERFUL. Really pays attention to concerns, and spends the time to address them. He does a great job.

Good service provider

Brandon T. out of Costa Mesa is top notch! Very knowledgeable and efficient. Found and removed black and brown widow spider nests we didn't even know we had. Also found unfinished portions of bathroom cabinets that allowed silverfish to enter home. Would highly recommend!

Sonny is a very friendly/helpful person.

Professional and effective service for the price!

The technician Doug King was very personable, professional, knowledgeable and helpful.

We have no bugs!

Jeff the technician is great, lets you know when he is on the way. His work is very thorough, has a great personality, always communicates well. Orkin is the best company I have used, I highly recommend them.

They are an hour late for general pest. I spent 20k on termite extermination and still have termites. Spent another $6800 for attic cleaning and new insulation, only to have them blow in refuse with airborne borate. The attic is now unusable. No trades will go in the attic to service HVAC or electrical. The space is… Read full review

excellent

Felipe Jimenez is my technical person and he does a great job. I’m very happy with the service

Excellent service because Dan is my service man. He’s the best

We are very happy with the service.

The worker was very friendly and responsive

I have been using their service for several years with generally good results. But, today’s technician didn’t replace the rat baits, didn’t want to do the usual perimeter spray (saying that the office didn’t tell him to do it ) and when I asked him to do it he only did the front of the house.. He spent a grand 5 minutes at the property.

I use them goes quarterly termite treatment. I called them to remove 6 big wasp nests. They're so responsive and professional.

We’ve used Orkin for years and this location’s team is engaged, courteous, professional, and great to work with. Every time they come out it’s a testament to what good customer service should be.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The person that came today I have requested numerous times for someone new. After having continuous problems months after months I will be getting a new provider. He was terrible.

The technician Danny was very informative and did a great job. Hopefully the pests will decrease and see the results shortly.

The technician was knowledgeable and informative about the mosquito problem in this area. Respectful of my property.

He sprayed and got rid of the hornet’s nest. He sprayed spiders and ants. He did a good job. He was very personable. Hi

Our Customer Service Rep was Debbie, which was very professional and lovely to speak to. My mother and I appreciated Debbie explaining what my mother’s services would be in detail. Professional and well done service!

When we first moved to CA from WA we had those big brown cockroaches, the next year the ants. We have a big fat cat so needed pet friendly products. Have been using Ecoshield/Orkin the last 5 years. Consistently have had the same friendly guy servicing. We do get bugs of course, but not out of control. It works so we keep it going with it. Would recommend.

We have been with the company for approximately 5 years after we experienced a major ant issue. Since then ants have not been a major concern for us, although they still are for surrounding neighbors. Definitely worth the quarterly visit. We have been pleased that we always have the same person, who is on-time,… Read full review

He was very professional and detailed about the service and friendly and responsive.

Good

Erol does an outstanding job.

Very personable. Professional and experienced. Very informative and thorough. We were impressed by the employees and the job that they did

Great company with wonderful employees

The techs are always personable and neat and clean. They take extra care of the property as well.

On site service is adequate. Billing is horrendous, strongly suggest to not use auto-bill, been overcharged on multiple occasions, been promised reconciliation but never got credited.

Michael came to do my inspection and he was amazing. He checked my house thoroughly and told me it was mosquitoes outside. I would definitely use Orkin again.

Great service. Our tech Joe Guerrero explained everything he was going to do and answered all my questions. He was quick an efficient. He also followed up with a phone call a couple days later. Very glad we went with Orkin!

I was notified when they were on their way and when the young man arrived. He was polite and friendly. Thank you.

Great service. Very well organized easy to schedule. Professional and friendly

Felipe Jimenez came out to our house in Corona Del Mar and was magnificent! Such a good representation of orkin, he was very professional, timely and Informative! Jesse Santos is a reliable and knowledgeable technician.

Thomas, the Orkin technician arrived and provided a thorough inspection and treated the appropriate areas very timely and efficiently. His demeanor was very professional and knowledgeable.

Ants invading kitchen

Orkin is the only pest control company I trust. Your technician was very thorough and professional and pleasant. Thank you so much

The tech arrived earlier than the window time. He inspected the perimeter and interior based on my feedback and goals with Orkin. I have used Orkin in the past and they are just as attentive and thorough as they were in the past.

We use ORKIN for termite and pest control. The seasonal ant and flea issues on our property and in our house are no longer a problem since we began our ORKIN relationship. As far as we know, our termite issues are also under control; time will tell.

Great job. Thorough inspection and treatment including cleaning cobwebs. Use on regular basis and very satisfied with this service.

We had to reschedule a couple of times and your representative stayed in touch with me each days until we had a date that was food for each of us.

I have used this fine company for approximately six years and have never had a reinfestation of insects in all that time.

This is a quality company with knowledgeable workers. I highly recommend them.

Both guys that came were very professional and explained everything in great detail…they worked well together and I’m very pleased with my experience, definitely worth every penny just on the two guys alone…thank you very much

Great service! Oscar came right on time & was super friendly. He had some useful tips about what I need to do next.

Jesus was very friendly, helpful, and professional.

The Orkin guy, Brian Soriano, was easy to communicate with, respectful, and all around awesome. I was stressed out when I found a cockroach in my home with a baby on the way, but Brian’s great service put me totally at ease. No weird upsells or anything just a straightforward assessment of the problem and a solution-oriented approach. Thanks Brian!

Never saw your technician. He arrived late so I have no idea what he did. I wasn't home. You sent me an email the day before informing me of my appointment. Not good customer service. Thinking of cancelling your service.

Our rep was very thorough, very pleasant and did a great job 👏 5 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟🤩

I had to reschedule an appointment and I was able to immediately get a response from the call center to do so. Service tech was professional and detailed. All contact with personnel has been very pleasant.

On time, courteous, and efficient.

Fantastic Sydney was super nice, professional, safe. He wore a mask the whole time he was here. He talked to me and showed me possible entry points in my house and how to fix them. He took care of the few dead wasp nests in the backyard, and made note for when it gets warmer to look out for them, because we get… Read full review

Feels good

I've been using Orkin since I moved in 5 years ago and saw a rat in the spare bedroom. Joe has been our service technician for the entirety and he always goes above and beyond to make sure our home is protected. Our home backs up onto an alley that serves as a pest highway through the neighborhood, but Joe has… Read full review
