Orville does an amazing job, listens to my concerns, and helps to resolve problems even when I have to call several times during bug season!
I’ve used Orkin’s regular service for years and have found them invaluable due summer months when the ants invade. They’re always great at dealing with whatever new pest control problems pop up.
Since I started using Orkin for a pest control service, we enjoy dramatic reduction in all uninvited creatures: ants, spiders, silverfish, termites, etc. Good job!

I have been using their service for several years with generally good results. But, today’s technician didn’t replace the rat baits, didn’t want to do the usual perimeter spray (saying that the office didn’t tell him to do it ) and when I asked him to do it he only did the front of the house.. He spent a grand 5 minutes at the property.
I use them goes quarterly termite treatment. I called them to remove 6 big wasp nests. They're so responsive and professional.

When we first moved to CA from WA we had those big brown cockroaches, the next year the ants. We have a big fat cat so needed pet friendly products. Have been using Ecoshield/Orkin the last 5 years. We use ORKIN for termite and pest control. The seasonal ant and flea issues on our property and in our house are no longer a problem since we began our ORKIN relationship. As far as we know, our termite issues are also under control; time will tell.
