He came in and checked the house and yard. Then he sprayed the important areas. He worked quickly and efficiently!
Helped us with all our needs today!
Called for new service and had same day visit. Professional & friendly. All good!
Danny Yin came for our routine service. He called to confirm everything was okay & asked if I was having any problems or concerns that he could take care of. I appreciate his help, follow up & concern for our property. He is so knowledgeable about current pests & problems in the area, like mosquitoes, & what we could do to help prevent being eaten alive!
Great service! Takes the time to do the job correctly.
Danny is a great listener
We had the BEST EXPERIENCE with Brandon! He was very through in all that he was going to do around our home. I was skeptical about going through a large company like ORKIN and was leaning towards a smaller family owned business but after the service we received today from Brandon I’m so happy we went ORKIN! Not only…
Dependable and friendly
I have had the same exterminator for all my appointments and he has always been really good at his job very hard working and I appreciate knowing it’s done right He is a very kind man and goes the extra mile for you
Brandon T. out of Costa Mesa is top notch! Very knowledgeable and efficient. Found and removed black and brown widow spider nests we didn't even know we had. Also found unfinished portions of bathroom cabinets that allowed silverfish to enter home. Would highly recommend!
Great job, very personalized service!
I use them goes quarterly termite treatment. I called them to remove 6 big wasp nests. They're so responsive and professional.
Excellent service, very happy
He sprayed and got rid of the hornet’s nest. He sprayed spiders and ants. He did a good job. He was very personable. Hi
Great information provided by my Orkin representative. His professional manner as well as friendly was appreciated. He took time to explain and answer all my questions
Good
Great company with wonderful employees
Excellent service. Brian is very friendly and thorough.
I have only been using Orkin for a few months but I love their customer service and they take their time to explain what the steps are. I saw a huge difference with just one treatment. The monthly service outside the home is well worth it to maintain a bug free home. I highly recommend Orkin.
Great service. Our tech Joe Guerrero explained everything he was going to do and answered all my questions. He was quick an efficient. He also followed up with a phone call a couple days later. Very glad we went with Orkin!
They were very thorough and knew their stuff

The service is timely and effective!! I would recommend.
The service gentleman has always kept me informed of arrival time and potential problems. He is thorough and efficient.
I like it that I can communicate with my technician before he comes, and I’m able to give specific instructions if necessary
We use ORKIN for termite and pest control. The seasonal ant and flea issues on our property and in our house are no longer a problem since we began our ORKIN relationship. As far as we know, our termite issues are also under control; time will tell.
We had to reschedule a couple of times and your representative stayed in touch with me each days until we had a date that was food for each of us.
I have used this fine company for approximately six years and have never had a reinfestation of insects in all that time.
Our agent was very professional and knowledgeable!
Always friends techs that provide feedback
Jesus is a great professional. Friendly and attentive service.
Both guys that came were very professional and explained everything in great detail…they worked well together and I’m very pleased with my experience, definitely worth every penny just on the two guys alone…thank you very much
Brian as always on time and professional, explained some new options and completed the scheduled service Excellent ambassador for Orkin
Trying to get a head start on the summer and I called Orkin. Stephan did a wonderful job in explaining to me what he would be doing inside and outside of the house. I am very pleased with his work and with Orkin. I would recommend them to all my family and friends.
Jesus was very friendly, helpful, and professional.
We have used Orkin for a few years now. We had a problem with ants. Not any more. And the one time we did see ants after a lot of rain, Orkin came out right away and sprayed again. I recommend this service highly. Thanks to our previous rep, Jesus, and to our new rep, Bob. Looking to many more years of great service.
Technician arrived on time, was courteous and asked if I had any special issues for him to check on. He asked how I would like the receipt, and it arrived soon after he completed the job.
Bi monthly service
Fantastic Sydney was super nice, professional, safe. He wore a mask the whole time he was here. He talked to me and showed me possible entry points in my house and how to fix them. He took care of the few dead wasp nests in the backyard, and made note for when it gets warmer to look out for them, because we get…
We’ve been using Orkin since 1998! We are always pleased!
Efficient, no more household bugs!!
Orkin has always been professional and responsive. I never had the “bug issues” my neighbors did. Some of them eventually changed to Orkin.
Our technician is very friendly and communicates clearly with us. He always notifies us if there is a change in our scheduled time and will always ask if we have any issues that need to be addressed prior to performing his service.
Always great and detailed service provided by Dan.
Erril was on time, followed COVID-19 procedures, was friendly, informative, and provided usable suggestions.
