Never saw your technician. He arrived late so I have no idea what he did. I wasn't home. You sent me an email the day before informing me of my appointment. Not good customer service. Thinking of cancelling your service.

My tech is amazing. Always on time and takes time to answer my questions and points out to me areas that may require additional focus based on the season. He also helps me to be prepared for what to expect when the season changes and how Orkin will treat my property.
