Danny Yin came for our routine service. He called to confirm everything was okay & asked if I was having any problems or concerns that he could take care of. I appreciate his help, follow up & concern for our property. He is so knowledgeable about current pests & problems in the area, like mosquitoes, & what we could do to help prevent being eaten alive!
Monthly spray for mainly mosquitoes and spiders. Hoping it will reduce the bites!

Orkin is great! Technicians are super friendly and professional. It seems like everytime they come I have something different for them to spray for, and they're always prepared and doesn't cost extra. A bit pricey, but they keep everything out of my house!

I have been a regular customer of Orkin for several years and I have never had any issues. My appointments are made automatically and I am sent an email with the info. Jesus called the night before service to let me know he’d be here. I love the personal touch and the communication. He showed up when expected , was very friendly and professional.
Never saw your technician. He arrived late so I have no idea what he did. I wasn't home. You sent me an email the day before informing me of my appointment. Not good customer service. Thinking of cancelling your service.
Our technician was very thorough and did a nice clean job. Highly recommend.
My tech is amazing. Always on time and takes time to answer my questions and points out to me areas that may require additional focus based on the season. He also helps me to be prepared for what to expect when the season changes and how Orkin will treat my property.
Technician arrived on time, was courteous and asked if I had any special issues for him to check on. He asked how I would like the receipt, and it arrived soon after he completed the job.
