Orkin is great! Technicians are super friendly and professional. It seems like everytime they come I have something different for them to spray for, and they're always prepared and doesn't cost extra. A bit pricey, but they keep everything out of my house!

I have been using their service for several years with generally good results. But, today’s technician didn’t replace the rat baits, didn’t want to do the usual perimeter spray (saying that the office didn’t tell him to do it ) and when I asked him to do it he only did the front of the house.. He spent a grand 5 minutes at the property.

Bad experience starting from calling the call center to getting transfer to one of the branches. 1st off my appointment was canceled by mistake by them, 2nd the call center gave me one price and branch another. This has to be the worse service ever. The technician was trying to help me the issue good for him nice…
