Frank is awesome! Great experience! Will definitely recommend him to others.
They come out regularly for pest control. This time I had a nose. They came the same day I called to put out traps that were dog safe!!!
I am very satisfied with The job that Orkin does.
Thomas is wonderful!
Very satisfying experience with this company. Sam the technician was such a gentleman and very knowledgeable and professional.
Brandon is dedicated, always on time, always a gentleman, thorough and professional! Every representative, since the summer of 2020 when restaurants were closed and our homes from Irvine to Yorba Linda (Orange County) were attacked with mice and rats - we have only had excellent, professional and caring Orkin…
Friendly, professional service. Brandon is terrific and really enjoys what he does. He is a great asset to Orkin!

Been with Orkin for a few years now and been very happy with their service and our rep Errol is perfect.
Our technician is amazing. Nice, friendly, professional, eager to solve the problem.
Excellent
Professional on time knowledgeable
Helped us with all our needs today!
Danny Yin came for our routine service. He called to confirm everything was okay & asked if I was having any problems or concerns that he could take care of. I appreciate his help, follow up & concern for our property. He is so knowledgeable about current pests & problems in the area, like mosquitoes, & what we could do to help prevent being eaten alive!
Mark Munez who does our monthly service is very professional.
Good service
Orkin is great! Technicians are super friendly and professional. It seems like everytime they come I have something different for them to spray for, and they're always prepared and doesn't cost extra. A bit pricey, but they keep everything out of my house!
Great service! Takes the time to do the job correctly.
I’m very impressed with Orikin. Their tech are always professional, reliable, thorough and ready to help
Very helpful, on time, walk me through all the steps.
I have had the same exterminator for all my appointments and he has always been really good at his job very hard working and I appreciate knowing it’s done right He is a very kind man and goes the extra mile for you
Fast respondent, can come to my home within an hour. Very knowledgeable and explain to me what they can do and what can not. I’m satisfied with the service
Great job, very personalized service!
Just a few days after making the appointment Orkin showed up on time and did a very thorough job. I’m very happy with this company and will use them again.
excellent
Excellent service because Dan is my service man. He’s the best
The worker was very friendly and responsive
I have been using their service for several years with generally good results. But, today’s technician didn’t replace the rat baits, didn’t want to do the usual perimeter spray (saying that the office didn’t tell him to do it ) and when I asked him to do it he only did the front of the house.. He spent a grand 5 minutes at the property.
Excellent service, very happy
Bad experience starting from calling the call center to getting transfer to one of the branches. 1st off my appointment was canceled by mistake by them, 2nd the call center gave me one price and branch another. This has to be the worse service ever. The technician was trying to help me the issue good for him nice…
Prompt, clean and professional.
Danny was very thorough and listened to my concerns. He knows my yard well now and completed all tasks well to combat our issues. Thanks
Technician are always nice and knowledgeable.
This is a hard problem to fix and it takes time so we have deterrents and seales are, but the service guy was super nice. Hope he catches something. Can't believe what a terrible apartment this is.
Very personable. Professional and experienced. Very informative and thorough. We were impressed by the employees and the job that they did
Great company with wonderful employees
Great service. I have used them for years.
The techs are always personable and neat and clean. They take extra care of the property as well.
On site service is adequate. Billing is horrendous, strongly suggest to not use auto-bill, been overcharged on multiple occasions, been promised reconciliation but never got credited.
Excellent service. Brian is very friendly and thorough.
Great service
Everything was explained in detail to me and all my questions were answered . I felt listen to understood and that the job was going to get done. They didn't make me feel funny about my fear of rodents they understood. They were neat clean respectful and very informative. Didn't cost as much as I thought it would
Jeff was on time, friendly, and efficient.
Marcos was our orkin tech and he was super professional, communicated with me ahead of time via text (even on Sunday) and worked with me and my challenging property. Between all our pets and kids he was able to get the job done and very flexible to our family requests. He is the reason why we choose to stay with orkin. Great job guys. Thanks again
