Danny Yin came for our routine service. He called to confirm everything was okay & asked if I was having any problems or concerns that he could take care of. I appreciate his help, follow up & concern for our property. He is so knowledgeable about current pests & problems in the area, like mosquitoes, & what we could do to help prevent being eaten alive!

Daniel has been our tech for a while now, and he is WONDERFUL. Really pays attention to concerns, and spends the time to address them. He does a great job.

Monthly spray for mainly mosquitoes and spiders. Hoping it will reduce the bites!

I asked them to not use granules in my lawn, they responded immediately and professionally. That’s good customer service

Orkin is great! Technicians are super friendly and professional. It seems like everytime they come I have something different for them to spray for, and they're always prepared and doesn't cost extra. A bit pricey, but they keep everything out of my house!

While I appreciate our tech coming earlier during 2 hour time window, just this once, to accommodate our schedule, it seemed as if it was a rushed visit. Great staff. Always get a reminder before service and everyone that has come is super friendly and professional. Certain times a year I notice more spiders around and they always take care of that. We have been very pleased!

Brandon T. out of Costa Mesa is top notch! Very knowledgeable and efficient. Found and removed black and brown widow spider nests we didn't even know we had. Also found unfinished portions of bathroom cabinets that allowed silverfish to enter home. Would highly recommend!

On site service is adequate. Billing is horrendous, strongly suggest to not use auto-bill, been overcharged on multiple occasions, been promised reconciliation but never got credited.

Our technician Oscar is always professional, kind and respectful.He listens and addresses other issues that he comes across not like other company I used in the past. I am most grateful for him taking care of our spider problems.

Thomas, the Orkin technician arrived and provided a thorough inspection and treated the appropriate areas very timely and efficiently. His demeanor was very professional and knowledgeable.

Today is the initial visit. The guy that came out is friendly and professional. He said that someone will come back out next week for a follow up visit to make sure that I am satisfied with the treatment that he performed outside the house today.
