I have been a customer for over 10 years, my Orkin field specialist name is Jackie Smith, she’s always on point with my appointments, very nice person with my family, my kiddos love her, and she keeps my house free of insect and bugs, very professional, she’s the main reason why my wife and I, still with Orkin.
Always very happy with their service. Nathan the Termite inspector came to check on the issue in one of the bathrooms. The appointment was scheduled immediately. He is very professional!
From start to finish the process was very smooth. The Orkin team is very attentive and informative. Jorge from Orkin was right on time the very next day after opening my account and did a great job explaining everything he was doing as he went. A+ service, highly recommend!
Chris my Orkin man is amazing. He is friendly and has gotten rid of all bugs in or near my house. The best service!
The technician was kind, polite and knowledgeable and on time. My only complaint is, he did not pull my blinds and curtains back as he found them. I had to remind him to turn the lights off when he was done with a particular room. But it’s ok I think he may have been afraid he’d break something 😳🤔

I called this week for a home we rent and Javier was sent to our rental home...he again, identified issues that we will take care of immediately. Javier does an outstanding inspection and I recommend him 150%. We had used other companies before, but no inspector has ever done such an excellent job.
