We called Orkin to visit our home for inspection and Javier identified several holes on the wall that we had not noticed and were actually the problem. We took care of that and he took care of the rest. Our house is now clean of roaches. I called this week for a home we rent and Javier was sent to our rental…
Eddy is very detailed, trustworthy and responsive. He and ORKIN help keep the property bug free. Very much appreciated.
Andres Cadiz was fantastic very professional and exceptional customer service! Highly recommend.
We called ORKIN for termites and roaches extermination. The job was done during the recent rainy days. We are extending their services to avoid roaches in the future. All work has been very good so far and we hope to have good results.
The company has always been top notch expert in their field I feel as though I'm a cued customer
Jorge was amazing and very professional at his job.
The representative was friendly.
Orkin sent a sales contract expert to view my home and see which areas needed protectikn from roaches, ants, and mice. He made the service contract process very easy to understand with absolutely no sales pressure. They were on time and answered all my questions. Neo the actual exterminator came out to my home…
We use Orkin because Jackie takes very good care of my family.....we have been with her over 10 years!!!! Even though I live in south Florida I can count on one hand the number of roaches I’ve seen alive in ten years!!!! UPDATE - Oscar is immediately trust worthy and he did a great job for us with one days notice.…
The service was performed professionally and timely. Thank you.

I’ve tried everything under the sun but I finally live bug free thanks to Orkin
Jose is very responsible worker
Stephen is the best and is keeping me loyal to Orkin! I’ve been meaning to give him a great review for months!
I have been using their services for about 4 months and i have seen positive results. However, we still have a few roaches lingering around which I would have hoped they would have been gone by now.
Great service! Professional and effective.
Overall, I had a great experience.
Always great service and our tech John is the absolute best. Always there for us when we need him, or if any problems arise.
They were great
The turnover of technicians is too high. All of my techs were good including the one I have now (Andrew) but they leave or change routes. Too many different people!!
Awesome and friendly service
Awesome employee so glad I made the choice to go with orkin!
Angel is great. Always on time. Always helpful and knowledgeable. The service quality is extraordinary.
Another GREAT JOB
The technician Mike was so professional. He explained the treatment and what to expect. I had recurring ants and he came back and exterminated them. Highly recommend over other companies.
We had a rat coming in to the garage. We called Orkin and within 2 days the rat was gone. We signed up for their general pest control and have not seen so much as an ant inside or around the perimeter. Couldn’t be happier! Shout out to Stephen, he’s the BEST!
I have used Orkin for almost 2 years, I have the same technician since day one. Always on schedule and easy to reschedule if needed. Excellent service.
Amazing service
When I ordered the service I was told that ANY HOLES would be identified and patched. The technician found 2 small 1-2 inch holes and said they were too big to patch and that they only patch holes the size of a dime. This was not said during the initial sale conversation. I canceled the service after speaking with the service manager.
The Orkin specialists showed up on time, treated the place and left everything in tact. Very professional.
I love my Orkin tech. His name is Christopher and he's truly one of a kind. He’s been servicing my home for almost 3 years now and I have literally never had one complaint. He’s always courteous, makes sure to check in, is prompt for his visit and goes the extra mile to make sure my family and I are pleased and well…
Excellent service . Good technician alejandro
