Arrival on time, a huge PLUS. The gentleman was a white glove professional. He answered all our questions and concerns. He explained what he was doing and showed us problem areas that he would be treating and made us aware of any issues. We will be recommending Orkin to our friends and family.
Both the person that came to the house; the one to identify the problem and the one that actually did the work were very professional and nice to work with.
I have had a service contract with Orkin for the past 4 years and although they have not always been able to schedule my required treatments as quickly as I would have liked, their technicians have been polite and have appeared efficient. Unfortunately termite treatment is ongoing and eradication seems impossible in a condominium complex such as mine.
