Good company

We had evidence of mice in our attic. From the first call, they conveyed knowledge and experience. They had an appointment the same day, came out and applied a treatment, and set up a plan for us. Our inspector, Noah Phillips did a great job. He was extremely professional and thorough.

Ben is great....efficient, friendly, polite

Great customer service, My tech Chris does the best, they come out every time i call

Very nice gentleman came and inspected my house. He was very thorough and kind.

Horrible. Signed me up for a "service contract" then neglected to do much more than put out a few traps. Literally did an "inspection" a week later after they got me to sign up. That inspection held the real Easter egg in it. 7K to really fix the problem. I wanted a call back from a manager about the initial… Read full review

Our Orkin Tech is always clean, timely & investigates inside & out for any potential pest issues. I appreciate the explanation of different treatments for several types of pests. It is comforting coming into Fall to have our pest issues in control. We live in a rural area & I dont care for spiders or mice & voles.

Contacted Orkin after hearing critters in the attic of our detached garage and in our crawl space (mice). The representative that made the appt was great and got someone to come out the next day. Also, Shelly, our technician, was GREAT. On time, thorough, professional, answered all questions and went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations.

Came the next day after I called and quickly identified the problem!

Not the greatest experience. First, when I signed up, the representative told me the services the local branch would perform based on my needs. The first day the guy showed up, I told him what I wanted based on what the lady on the phone told me. He said that the call center people don't know what they're talking… Read full review

Cory was great!!

They provide a good range of pest control services. If I have any complaint, they don’t always arrive in the window they “promise” - last time 1/2 hour late, today 1/2 hour early.

Nate was very professional and courteous., he addressed my concerns and explained the next steps. I would highly recommend Orkin.

Technician was courteous, considerate and very competent. We have problems with fruit flies and he suggested spraying into the drains where we’ve seen these pests. We are grateful to find a solution.

My Orkin agent reports promptly each session. My technician, Corey Schwarzenberger is professional, attentive, and thorough. He respects my home and treats it with respect. He asks me questions and explains his course of action for anything he does. I would recommend Orkin to anyone!

Chance was prompt and knowledgeable. He did not hesitate to give information and he knew exactly what to do. Felt cool about him coming into my home. No worries with him. He even came back to spray for my mosquitos. Great dude keep him. Thanks Orkin

This was our first treatment in this house. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I'm very pleased with the service.

The guy was nice but he didn’t check any other place. He just concluded the mice came in through the garage and the solution was not to keep them out of my house but to confine any mice to the garage. I could have used another service who told me upfront they would tell me what the problem was and prouder solutions… Read full review

Very friendly and easy to work with. A must have with the humidity and backing up to woods and a creek.

Always professional, on time and does a thorough job. Thank you

Orkin is always on time and always professional. They always ask how their treatment is working, and if there is anything they can do to make it better. My only complaint would be on the Termite inspection, they tried to upsell me on crawl space "improvements". Other than that, they're phenomenal.

Great folks to work with. Very professional. And take care of business.
