Customers frequently praise the thoroughness, professionalism, and friendly demeanor of the service technicians, noting effective pest elimination and good communication during visits. Some reviewers highlight the convenience of recurring service schedules and the ability to address specific issues like ants or roaches. However, a recurring criticism involves unresolved pest problems persisting despite multiple treatments, alongside complaints about billing disputes, unwanted visits after cancellation, and difficulties reaching corporate representatives for satisfactory answers.
