Friendly tech and great service!
Ben did a great job inside and outside removing the hornets nest too
Great service... Always professional. Matt completed a thorough inspection to ensure our home remains termite free! He always goes above and beyond!
Our Orkin Representative is always punctual, cordial & does great work. Highly recommend!
Inspector arrived on time Performed inspection in a professional manor Answered all questions and explained the service thoroughly Very happy with the service
Very professional
I purchased a 1 story craftsman-style home in 1985. It was stick-built in 1926. An uninhabitable bargain. In the basement, two-thirds of the floor joists had been chewed up by termites. And the sill plate, and some tunnels up into the 2 x 4" walls. I was going to have to jack up the house 2", replace what little…
Always informative and tackles immediately any issues or bugs we are having
Chris was great. Very professional and informative. Explained the details in full. Very happy with the service
The Orkin staff was very professional and knowledgeable about termites.
We started our Orkin service 2 years ago and haven’t had any termite issues since! Their annual inspections are efficient and professional and put your mind at ease!
Orkin has been very responsive to my needs and very helpful in explaining how to fix the issues at my house.I highly recommend them!
Matt is always personable and thorough.
Service is awesome and my technician is the very best!!!!
Was told they would be here between 10am and 12pm....the tech was 22 min late, I left at noon, had an appointment...tech called to say he was knocking on door, with no answer...called me to ask why no one was coming to door...told him I he was correct...no one was home...never tried calling or texting to inform me…
Matt was on time, inspected for termites and pointed out a couple of wasp nests that my husband will spray tonight. Really nice guy too!
Accomplished warranty inspection satisfactorily
Our tech is a professional as well as very personable. He is the reason why we continue to use Orkin.
Matt came out and did a very thorough termite inspection. Explained everything and did a great job. Clean and careful when entering house and moving around. Highly recommend
Most thorough inspection I have seen.
Cory was great!!
Bobbie is always professional and courteous. A very nice person.
Excellent, clear, and informative agents. Service was prompt and effective. We will be using Orkin again!
Jimmy did a very thorough and good job on my inspection. Yes
Over the years the folks who have come out yearly to inspect my property for both moisture and termites have been friendly, efficient, understanding and professional. And best of all, to me who doesn't like sales and who tends to hide when the doorbell is ringing, don't get a hint of that from any of them that I have encountered.
Knowledgeable and professional
The person that came out was very professional.
Two workers came on the date and time I expected them. Everything was done carefully and explained to me, and they were in and out in two hours. Both men were very knowledgeable and friendly.
Excellent service! On time, friendly & professional. Highly recommend.
Had 2 gentleman for 2 different services arrive earlier than expected (which was extremely convenient), they were thorough, worked together although at my home for different tasks (termite inspection vs pest control), they were extremely educational and friendly. Scheduling was easy and they were able to make it out…
My tech is awesome! He has gone from a tech to a friend! We always talk while he is here treating my house and he does a fantastic job.
The inspector was very professional, nice and did a great job, his name was Brian. Today, Darrell came out and treated for carpenter bees. He was also prompt at the appointment , pleasant and professional! Both really knew what they were doing!! Fantastic company and worth the money!
Always professional, on time and does a thorough job. Thank you
Quick response and knowledgeable staff. Removed pests quickly.
Orkin is always on time and always professional. They always ask how their treatment is working, and if there is anything they can do to make it better. My only complaint would be on the Termite inspection, they tried to upsell me on crawl space "improvements". Other than that, they're phenomenal.
