Great service by Ron! He even got the cobwebs that were on my patio furniture and sprayed all around the property. I am very pleased with his service, was prompt and friendly and asked if there were any issues, I told him I saw black widow spider cobwebs and a lone cockroach. He took care of everything, thanks Ron!

The technician was on time, professional, very thorough, very knowledgeable and completed the job ahead of the timeframe given by the technician. They were able to make my initial appointment very quickly, for the next day. So far, I have a great experience with Orkin.

The phone salesman was awful, left us fully unprepared. However the service technician is knowledgeable, punctual, friendly and professional. We have really appreciated his attention to detail and help with resolving our situation.

Called me back immediately to schedule an appointment. And then called again when they were a short distance away so that I could prepare myself and be ready. Showed up on time and explained what they were doing, did everything they said they were going to do. And fixed my problem the same day. Very pleasant service… Read full review

Very professional and in time, and I didn’t feel judged for needing the service. No one wants to have bugs in their house and so far I feel secure that they’ll follow thru with quality service, as long as the homeowner does their part as well! 😊

Thank you. I’m not having any issues since starting with Orkin. Sometimes crawlers get in the front door but they never make it past the entry before succumbing to their demise. That way I know the product is working.

Currently using their service. It’s definitely made a difference for us. We would get ants in the summer. Such a headache. Since we have been using their service which also protects against spiders no cockroaches we haven’t had any issues with ants inside the house and rarely see them outside. They are professional… Read full review

Chris is the best!! Orkin helped us solve our problem so fast. Within the first treatment you can see so much of a difference. Every time Chris came it got better and better. I genuinely forgot that we had a problem in the first place. Highly recommend Orkin!

They were very quiet, didn’t really see them. Our former Orkins rep, Tom, always let us know when he was finished and had us sign his work. I didn’t even know they covered the whole property?

Austin from Orkin did an excellent job today. He explained everything in detail, answered all of our questions, and was very polite and courteous. We had reservations about the chemicals being used and were safe for not only us but our pets. Karen Lockheart

Don’t bother. They initially set me up on a yearly contract, servicing every other month. The technician listened to my concerns & was professional. Unfortunately, when I needed to re-schedule, the process was extremely frustrating because they never return calls or messages. I am now searching for a replacement company.
