Quick to explain questions, good at identifying insects and behavior, Sebastian was quite nice and informative about the work that was about to happen. Cleaned up my wasp problem with no issue at all. No wasps were seen in the morning
Elias was very helpful, friendly, and professional. He was very thorough in his inspection, and took the time to explain what steps he was going to take to get rid of our wasp problem. I appreciated his thoroughness, and his reassurance that our pests would be taken care of.
