They came on time, finished on time and very professional.
I appreciate the service. I need a call from an agent a representative the day before my service to ensure I have enough pest trays.
The young man that comes to our home is very professional and curtious. Always on the lookout always informative and polite. Thank you Orkin
Absolutely fantastic customer service. Thank you!
Scotty is amazing to work with and he has been taking care of my place for about two years now. Keep up the great job guys!
Very happy with their service. I recommend Orkin over any other bug company.
Update: We are 8 years into service with Orkin. Quality and service remains great. Our tech has changed but we couldn't be happier. Victor has now been our tech for the last few years, including through the pandemic. We would recommend Orkin, solely based on our experience with the techs, and customer service. Not…
Derek knows a lot about the insects and related material as to what my house needs. He took his time, and was caring. Much more than many workers in many Types of work. I am very appreciative.
I had my first appointment with Orkin today. I am so very happy I chose Orkin and even happier with the service tech named Ron!! He was prompt, professional, personable, knowledgeable, thorough and courteous!! He is an excellent representation of Orkin and should truly be considered as an asset to the company!!
Very convenient to schedule a visit. Abraham, Orkin representative. calls me and sets up an appointment. He is courteous and offers recommendations to minimize bug infestations. My next door neighbor is making a big project with his outdoor gardening. Sometimes the bugs are disturbed. I have confidence that the bugs will be controlled and come to my yard.
Scott is very friendly, thorough and respectful of our property. He always confirms when he’s on his way, when he’s on our property and gives a complete report of what he’s done.
