I was in denial and a bit embarrassed about my pest problem but knew that it would become worse if I didn't do something. A text is sent to my phone everytime a scheduled appointment is due from ORKIN but their technician does not show up or call to cancel if they cannot make it. This affects quality of their work, responsiveness & professionalism so I had to rate them this way.
Victor was so nice! On time, courteous, and took the time to explain everything to me. Very happy with the service!
First day of service and Was running late Patrick was our service guy, but kept communicating with us which I appreciated he was great very polite and informative, now we wait to see results 🙂

if you have animals, do not use orkin pest control. i have had 2 dogs die because of them. 1 year ago, the tech came to our home, left the pool gate open and my frenchi drowned. 2 days ago they sprayed my yard, my wife let the dogs out 1 hour later, one older dog of mine vomited several times and got better later…

Very Professional and Effective. They get the job done and when bugs see them they run.
Free of these pests
Thank you. I’m not having any issues since starting with Orkin. Sometimes crawlers get in the front door but they never make it past the entry before succumbing to their demise. That way I know the product is working.
Employees very professional & show respect to customer.
Abraham was very nice and professional! I had a lot of questions which he answered all of them. He was quick, efficient and very knowledgeable.
Absolutely fantastic service! Abraham was super professional, friendly, and courteous. Everything was explained well, and Abraham was efficient and very respectful of our home. I am so glad that our home pest protection is in good hands from now on.

Excellent service!!!
Great service, friendly and professional!
Dude was very professional and obvious people person . Hard to find
This company is very deceiving they state one price and then change their prices once they are your residents. Be aware they are deceiving company.
Great Service. Friendly technician. Always recommend to my friends.
They were very quiet, didn’t really see them. Our former Orkins rep, Tom, always let us know when he was finished and had us sign his work. I didn’t even know they covered the whole property?
DOES WHAT IS EXPECTED, WOULD RECOMMEND
Austin from Orkin did an excellent job today. He explained everything in detail, answered all of our questions, and was very polite and courteous. We had reservations about the chemicals being used and were safe for not only us but our pets. Karen Lockheart
Don’t bother. They initially set me up on a yearly contract, servicing every other month. The technician listened to my concerns & was professional. Unfortunately, when I needed to re-schedule, the process was extremely frustrating because they never return calls or messages. I am now searching for a replacement company.
Very professional and knowledgeable!
Great job and worked with me on the plan I needed.
Chris and Anthony came by on short notice to take care of an ant problem I have every summer. They were very professional and knowledgeable. This is the first time I use Orkin and I’m glad I made the call. Thanks!!

Usually they do a good job. Today, had to ask to spray around the pool and only did half of the yard.
Always on time, service texts and emails and the exterminators always call or text when they’re arriving.
Scott was very professional and provided great knowledge of our ant situation. Very pleasant experience.🙂
Very good service with abraham, he's very kind and attentive to all the issues that need to be addressed.
The service had me disappointed the first 3 visits but once they switched the person to come service my house I was a lot happier... service got better and the problem is starting to disappear... if you get this service make sure you tell them you don’t want Tom .... I was going to canceling thinking it was the…
People are friendly and courteous! Will gladly come back to reservice if a problem persists.
Always great service. Very efficient.
We have ants popping up like crazy, so I had Orkin start taking care of it. This is our first service and I like our service man, Scott. Customer service matters a lot to me. Hopefully they will be able to get rid of these ants! It is a bit pricey, I feel, but I hope it’s worth it.
Thank you for taking the time to find another technician to follow up with the delayed service from earlier today.
Scotty is a great pest control guy and is very friendly and professional.
Always on time, does a great job and maintenance is key. TOM R. Always gets the job done and I never have any issues. He is also very informative and explaines everything. Could ask for better customer service

We have add the same service man for years which we really like. They do not have a high turn over of staff like most places. He is always pleasant amd we are always notified ahead of time of when they will be coming to service our home. Very professional company!!
I needed to leave for an appointment so he offered to finish tomorrow so I could make my appointment. Very kind to offer to help my situation. Thank You.
We had been attacked for years by ants but Summer 2020 got really bad and my entire living room was covered with ants coming into my kitchen. No matter what I did I couldn’t stop them. I finally had enough and I called Orkin. It took a few times for them to come but I could see the ants slowly getting slower and…
Ryan our technician was extremely professional, on time, friendly and so knowledgeable. I think I asked about 100 questions and he was so patient and very informative. He practiced social distancing and took all the Covid precautions. Ryan definitely made our 1st experience with Orkin a pleasant one!
As an existing customer, we transferred our service to our new home which is located in a new area. It took more than a week with SEVERAL phone calls that resulted in NO FOLLOW UP which was very disappointing and a change from our previous dealings. Once the new area office FINALLY designated a field technician for…
Sense of security
Friendly and punctual tech. Asked if I was having any problems. Thus far no problems other than some mosquitos.
Great service
Ok I’m giving my orkin technician, Scotty Soto 5 stars because not only was he professional and efficient, he was understanding about abnormally active and advanced 10 month old baby who’s curious about everything. Even when she started fussing he was calm and collected and powered through right a long with me. In…

They seem nice enough. I hope all the pest are gone for good.
Jason is great and polite.
After only a few weeks into a year-long service contract that included the control of insects as well, Sales Rep/Service Technician Tom Robinson has managed a tenant vs rodent situation very professionally and expertly. Tom’s solid work ethic is evidenced not only by his upbeat, can-do attitude, but by quantifiable…
Our house is bugs free inside and out hornets nest they totally keep up on them don’t see many ants at all anymore oh no Sergio is a very good employee I’m so sorry to see him go
The technician is always very helpful, he arrives during the time scheduled, he is always willing to do the extra things to make you satisfied as a customer. I have had the services for over a year.
Great job. Quick and explained everything thoroughly. Very happy we chose them.
As always Orkin does what they say. We’ve been insect free since we first used them . Amazing service and quality safe work.
Love the service. I receive a text to tell me Orkin is coming then the day before, a phone call to schedule a time. I'd like to say we work well together.
Was super happy with Orkin. I just switched to them after using Dewey Pest Control. They seem to actually care about their work. They took everything I had to say and took action immediately. I got texts from my tech ahead of time and I just couldn’t be happier with my decision to switch Pest Control companies. It’s a little pricier but worth every penny.
When I call they are usually out within 24 hours if I'm Having a problem. Ryan is very professional.
Orkin provides exceptional service to keep all the creepy crawlies away from my tenants homes. Thanks Orkin! Service provider communicates regularly announcing his visits and offers indoor service when needed.
Just love Orkin. I always know when they have arrived. Their service technician is always so nice and checks in with me to see if I am having any new issues. Their service always is quick and takes care of any issues. I’ve never needed to called them back.
We discovered wasps in our backyard in a hard to reach area and called today to ask for a quote for a one time service. Due to my being at higher risk individual, and since COVID19 is still prevalent, we requested they only inspect and spray the outside of our home (For spiders and ants etc. as well). They were more…
Chris arrived on time, explained the program and performed the pest control service to my home. Iam very satisfied with Orkin. Thank you.
Fantastic service! Office is great with scheduling or answering questions. Alonzo always calls the day before and asks if there are any concerns I may have and does a thorough service. If anything arises in between scheduled services, I can reach out and get a response immediately and have a technician here within a reasonable time frame!
I had a standard bi-monthly service scheduled for July 31. The Orkin Tech "Ashley" called the afternoon prior to confirm my 0800-1000hrs appointment. Orkin was a NO SHOW. I called and texted the tech but had no communication. I followed up with a phone call to my Orkin office for the Victor Valley branch and asked…
Victor my technician was prompt, professional and friendly. He explained everything he was going to do and managed my expectations by telling me what to expect in the next 10 days and when a technician would return to service my account. Thank you.
