Wonderful experience! The guy that came to my house, Derek, was super kind and genuine. He gave his condolences about my dad passing, and said, God bless you as I left for 3 hours. I saw a moth after he was done spraying bit I know it takes a few times to get rid of all the moths. Great experience!

I have a real hatred for bugs, and that's why I love my Orkin guy, Derek. He's very thorough and answers all my questions with a smile. My home is completely bug free. If I do spot a creepy crawly in between scheduled treatments, it will be taken care of in a timely manner - no extra charge. I highly recommend this company and especially Derek!
It was good nothing special I thought it was going to be more traps and the bait boxes for the rats but the bait boxes are a whole separate cost. This was our first visit but we will see if it solve our rat issue.

Initial customer service was uninformed about pricing, contract and general services.therefore the technician had to waste sn hr if his time and ours before realizing we were set up for a yr contract that we had not intended to do. The inspector was more knowledgeable and provided us with accurate choices for rodent and insect services.
We used Orkin for over 20 years. They always did a great job and were responsive to all our needs.
Orkin of Palmdale is very efficient. They visit, spray, and check the rodent bait boxes, regularly. I haven’t had any pest problems since they started servicing my home in Santa Clarita. I definitely recommend them.
